TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

As other customers have mentioned, folks at TD have no idea how to treat customers. Everyone wants to avoid fraud but interrogating customers by asking 100 weird questions, you’re placing the burden on the customers instead of coming up with procedures to stop fraud. No wonder, sane folks are taking their banking elsewhere. There’s a difference between due diligence and stupidity.

Sonia has a horrible customer service quality. I will take everything out of my TD account because of her. She call herself a manager she doesn’t deserve to be be around TD bank that bad she is. Worse TD Emplyee that I have ever came across:(. If TD wants to know more I am happy to discuss everything and hopefully our conversation has been recorded. I haven’t seen her in person but wore person to talk to about anything, let alone problem solving.So sad for TD.

Tried to deposit using the ATM but because the bills weren't perfect wouldn't be accepted. So I went in to the teller who was equally frustrated with the machines. An automated world is not always best.

Thank you manager Sonia for wasting my time. Was trying to pay my credit card and allof the sudden I’ve been asked so many weird questions like why am I here , where money came from, why do I need to pay my card???? like I stole money. Paying my credit card every week, different amount but never got treated this bad! The worst location I’ve ever been. So unprofessional

Linda D. provided exceptional customer service while I was there recently. She was patient and very knowledgable and made the experience quite enjoyable. Will return to this branch into the future just to see her smiling face!

I was robbed ,by the thief who got a hold of my cell . She did a E-tranfer. An she stole all the money I had..Td has done diddly squat might be time to Trust some other money thief.

Very frustrating experience. My credit card got compromised beginning of June and the replacement card was lost in the mail when they resent it to my home. I then requested it to be sent to this branch and they rushed the order. They also provided me a tracking number which showed delivered yesterday. So I called and spoke to a lady this morning at 9:17am to inquired about if my replacement credit card is there. She said she will go check and she told me she doesn’t have anything. It might be coming today. I told her I have the tracking and she said they don’t have it. I called the credit card line back and they said it should be there because it’s delivered. VERY ANNOYING.

My 17 year old sister went to this branch with my mother to update her banking info and was ridiculed by one of their staff members. Her name was Sonia. Super unprofessional. She stated to my mother that she would be charged with “fraud” for handling my sister’s account... even though my sister has given her FULL consent to do so. This individual does not know what she is doing. We have already reported her to TD Canada Trust’s customer complaints and are awaiting a response. DONT BANK AT THIS LOCATION. Much friendlier locations around the Whitby area. Shame on this individual for picking on a 17 year old.

The branch rep that helped me open my investment account was amazing. So personable, and made my entire hour there fly by. I almost forgot I was setting up an account. His name was Jacob S I believe, and he's partly the reason I've decided to bring all my banking needs over to TD. I hope all my experiences with TD going forward are as pleasant. He's certainly a great asset to this bank. Thank you!

I had good experience at TD. But this location lady staff was rude and asked me to many questions when I tried to withdraw money at this location. It was terrible experience at this location and I will not go to this branch in the future.
