We had a blast renting e-bikes yesterday! Everyone at Caledon eBike Rentals was super helpful, friendly, and professional. As e-biking newbs, we received excellent tutorials and tips to get us started. The nearby rail trail was scenic and the perfect setting for our morning e-biking adventure. We would definitely return for a future excursion. Thank you so much!

My boyfriend brought me here for a little biking date at the beginning of this month after having such a positive experience the first time he visited with friends. The owner was so accommodating and helpful. He was super chill with us parking at his location despite not renting out e-bikes. We brought our own bikes but I had yet to buy myself a helmet, so we asked the owner if we could rent one out for the afternoon. The owner was so sweet assisting me with trying on multiple helmets he had available until I found the perfect fit for my small head, haha! Once my partner and I finished our bike ride, I hadn't realized it was already past operation hours (quite obviously enjoyed myself). But we approached the owner - who was patiently waiting, relaxing with a novel midst the sunset - and returned the helmet, which in turn he exchanged with a kind smile.The area and the biking routes are beautiful and tranquil - particularly, during the fall season with all the leaves changing colours. A kind community, and very safe for biking. Streets and roads separating the trails are wide and open so you can see any oncoming traffic (although, not busy at all) and encourage drivers to slow down. Perfect for those who are anxious to bike around chaotic city roads or wish to spend a day to bike with the kids.Highly recommend - definitely suggest enjoying the scenery here and go for a ride while the weather permits! Caledon Ebike rentals was amazing! We took them through the trails and it was a lot of fun. The owner was helpful, extremely kind and very communicative. I would highly recommend to anyone/everyone looking to get outside and try something a little different. Well worth it!I will 100% be renting from them again :)

Saw a couple advertisements for the ebikes on our weekend outings along the Caledon Rail Trail. Decided to give it a try. Booked online for our adventure. Fantastic day to try an ebike today October 22. Owner was super friendly and went over the mechanics of how to operate the ebike. We started towards Badlands, took about 15 minutes to really get the hang of the ebike. Taking the rail trail and then the back roads was pretty cool. Nice pace, and that extra little bit of power! We left Badlands and decided to head back east along the rail trail towards Hwy 9. Keep in mind, we are avid cyclists and actually pedaled and used the power only when needed. We stopped in at the Coywolf Coffee shop for a coffee and apple fritter. Got back on the rail trail heading east. Passed many people, cycling, walking the dogs, jogging or just out taking in the sites. If you see horses on the trail, please pass very slowly as not to startle them. Finally made it to Hwy 9. Don't forget to check your battery indicator from time to time during your ride. If using the throttle alot for that added power, you may not want to go this far or get an extra battery if doing so, as these bikes are slightly heavier. Anyways, the trip on our first ebike was awesome!!! We did a round-trip of 76 kms. When we arrived back, the owner came to greet us. We were all smiles!!! Ok, a little sunburned too! :) We will definitely be back. Great experience, great fall colors, and a heck of a great adventure! Thanks again.

Great experience on the Caledon ebikes. The 8 of us toured the trails and back roads with pit stops at the Terra Cotta pub and the Copper Kettle in Glen Williams. The bikes were fun, the scenery awesome and many laughs. An overall Fantastic Friday evening!!!

Caledon eBike Rentals was such a GREAT experience. The website was easy to navigate through, offering various trail routes, and different landmarks to visit. Ron, the Owner, was so welcoming and so helpful in making the riding experience personal to our needs. Thanks Ron so much...can't say enough, will definitely be back!!

Really cool and unique experience that you're able to share with a large group! Price point is very fair, and the batteries allow you to travel pretty far with minimum ease.Easy riding allows skill levels from beginner to expert to ride together with ease.Highly recommend as a date idea, way to get out with the family, or a fun team bonding event!Thanks to Ron from Caledon eBike Rentals for making our experience amazing!
