Carstar was super professional and Aleks and all the other staff were great to deal with.Bonus: I got my car back and they cleaned the interior?!! My car was a disaster and I pity the poor soul that had that job. Excellent extra customer service that ensures I’ll be back when I need something done.

Originally submitted October 27 2021. Just picked up my car. Freshly detailed and just like new. Excellent work done on repairs and cost came in below estimate! George and staff are all very friendly and helpful but special mention goes to Dash their one of a kind greeter. Made my day! Car repairs can be stressful but George and his team worked hard to make it as stress free as possible. Thank you. I will definitely recommend you to others. John

I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody the insurance company made me take my vehicle there after an accident waited 3 weeks to get my vehicle to repair 5 days before Christmas telling me it'll only be 5 days for handicap vehicle was there for 12 days for a very minor accident next day I had a flat tire day after I picked up my vehicle not their fault apparently these people don't care about customer service never felt so unimportant as a customer

Accolades all around! I have been using this particular Carstar for several years. I moved out of town and still wouldn't use anyone else. Georg offers fair pricing with a level of service and workmanship like none other. From the front shop to the back shop, his team is amazing. I have seen them match near impossible colours, fix what I was told needed to be completely replaced, quote for the same job for 2/3 the cost, fix something someone else messed up… the list goes on. Whatever they can do for you they will and you will be happy with the results.

Going to Carstar for years, always perfect service and repair. Just had my 2020 vehicle repaired due to a collision, it's again a number one job. Not only did they repair the car but detailed it better then any detailing shop I've used in the past. Excellent repair, excellent service and a car smelling and looking like new all inclusive.If your insurance directs you to a preferred body repair shop, say no and just tell them to book you in with Carstar. Thanks guys, hopefully won't be seeing you anytime soon but if I do I know I'm in good hands.

So happy with the way I was treated at Carstar. I had an accident with my new truck and had been very down about it. Carstar ordered all Oem parts and had them ready to install in less time than any other local shop. They completed repairs within the week of drop off. I took the vehicle back to have something small adjusted and they did it without any hassle, the same day I took it in to ask. The final result is great, my truck looks great again. Absolutely no issues post install, dealing with George was fantastic. 5 star these guys go out of their way to help in every step and stand behind their work. Very very happy with how my experience went.

My insurance company sent to Carstar Guelph a couple of times now. Each time has been nothing but smooth. The service was fantastic. They are knowledable, honest and helped me understand if I was to put it lightly, sh*t out of luck or if my vehicle would survive. They even had the rental car place come pick me up, gems. I just picked up my vehicle today after a successful maintenance job. Not only did they fix my cars issue, but also cleaned the interior of it. Not going to lie, that blew me away. I highly recommend Carstar and I will be heading back there for all my car needs.

My car was fixed at Carstar and the result is perfect . Besides that, I received first class treatment from day one until I picked up the car that was washed inside out. I recommend Carstar Guelph with no hesitation.

I am not satisfied the body work that they have done to my car, this is the third time that I will be dropping off my card for same body work in less than a month, I think , they don't care about customers.
