Couple days after moving back too the area I ran into issues with my front brakes and needed towed home. Licensed mechanic between jobs with no vehicle and hardly any tools with me yet was a real treat. Called looking for something on the cheap side too get through next couple months, they were $50 cheaper then competition and even delivered too me in north Whitby and don't know me from a hole in the wall. Excellent customer service from both the guy on the phone and the delivery driver, be prepared too be put on hold as he's understandably busy. Will definitely buy from them again!!

Usually decent price for parts that are good enough. Ordered 8 plugs and Brake parts. Go Friday night to pick up the parts. Staff ask when I'm doing the work, I tell them it's being done on the weekend. Plugs aren't in and will be in Saturday morning. I ask the guy if I can pay Friday night and have my wife pick up the parts just before close on Saturday as I have to work during the day. No problem. Wife gets there just before close, they are missing 1 plug. Thanks for the call to save us the trip.

Fast orders, knowledgeable hard working staff, great customer service.Sometimes some of the people have ordered the wrong part for me but it's been more than made up for with the overall outstanding customer service and other staff that really know their stuff more than anywhere else I've tried.I highly recommend!

Hotspots is a very good little auto parts store. for such a small building they have what you want, most most of the time. The only drawback is that the parking area is quite small but you can still get in and out . a good 4-star rating. Would have been a five-star except for the parking.

Good place for parts - BUT ONLY IF YOU DEFINITELY NEED THEM!!! I bought an ignition coil over the long weekend to be prepared, but didnt end up needing it. They wouldn't take it back. Buyer beware.
