6 months ago we had our Samsung ice maker in our Samsung fridge replaced by Pacific west Home Solutions in Port Alberni. They are the authorized Samsung repair agency for our area. The cost of the repair was $800. We live in Campbell River. The ice maker recently failed again and needs to be repaired or replaced. We contacted Pacific West Home Solutions. They advised us that they have decided to no longer service the Campbell River area. It was a rude and uncaring response. They had no suggests and appeared uncaring. They only wanted the call to end and wanted us to go away and not bother them. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Pacific West has the best customer service we've ever encountered. We bought our stove and fridge there. Berta went above and beyond finding us a fridge that would fit our awkward space! All with a smile! Highly recommend them for all your appliance needs. Kudos to Jake at the end of the roll as well. We ordered flooring and when installed was discovered to be defective. Again Jake went above and beyond to rectify the situation and get us different flooring. We are extremely happy with both of these businesses services! If you are looking to support local business in Port Alberni please go down and see both Berta and Jake. You won't be disappointed!

We didn’t have the opportunity to buy our appliances here because the stacking kit wasn’t in stock and we needed a quick buy. However, I had a great customer service experience with Berte. Would recommend without hesitation.

I recently had my maytag dryer seize up and smelled some burning... I called and arranged to have a technician come and see what could be done... the customer service was awesome with a call back to change the appointment for an even earlier time slot....Tory the technician arrived on time and was amazing... he even had the parts in his van ... Give this man a raise for being so knowledgeable and efficient... I would highly recommend this business and am quite happy to proudly shop local ...KUDOS on a service well done
