The teams at Molly Maid are trustworthy and reliable and did a great job at my place. I've set up biweekly service with them. I used Molly Maid to clean my office space. The quality of their work is outstanding, and their customer service is top-notch. I will definitely be using their services again in the future!

I’ve used their services, I believe on either four or five occasions. Each time they were consistently worse and always for a shorter time frame. I have a dog who is in day care while they clean. I came back to find dog prints still visible on hardwood. There was still dust and lint throughout my house. I just spent the past two hours cleaning. The first picture is a clean Swiffer the second from my bedroom. I have several more from my living room and kitchen. But I think you get my point. I spilled coffee on my nightstand still there when I came home.Look I get it it’s impossible to hire anyone these days but to spend $265 for 1 hour and 15 minutes (have video of when they arrived and when they left) for three people who do nothing. Basically $80 an hour per person. Which btw is substantially higher rate than their “thorough house clean”. If you’re good at paying these gals at this obscene rate? Then you have a money tree somewhere?!?!? I going to keep money and do it myself. I had to anyway.Truly terrible.

Carrie and Victoria are a fantastic team. they are pleasant,accommodating and efficient. we insist on them being our Molly Maid service team. they treat us with thoughtfulness and include our 14 year old dog with patience and friendly attitude. they are great. John Howard.
