I was so scared of getting my wisdom teeth removed. I'm not at all good with needles or surgery but the nurses/staff here were so nice, patient, and gentle the whole time. They helped me feel comfortable and I put all my trust in them and the surgeon (I had Dr. Sheikh). They all did such a great job! It's the day after the operation now and I have no swelling and havent needed any painkillers yet. I might not be afraid of needles and surgery anymore thanks to them. I definitely recommend them.

My mother had her surgery done by Dr Sheikh. He is very kind and a professional at his job. Happy to choose this clinic.

Amazing service, amazing staff and Dr. Diamond is amazing. I can’t say enough about my great experience. I had a consult with Dr. Diamond this past Friday March 17, 2023 for an inflammatory or congenital lesion of soft tissue. After Dr. Diamond assessed my lip he said that he had an opening at that time and that he could look after the surgery right away. He did an amazing job and his nurse has already followed up Monday before 9am to see how I was doing. I also have a follow up call scheduled with Dr. Diamond for next Friday to review the biopsy results.The office itself is the cleanest and tidiest place that I have ever been into. It is a nice neutral colour and has many interesting art pieces on the walls.Thanks to all of you for a great job!

Whether at the Cambridge or Waterloo locations, the staff are incredibly kind and professional. Dr. Diamond is a wonderful surgeon with a lovely bedside manner, kind and explains what will happen in detail.I’ve had two surgeries related to a tooth extraction with bone added and stitches. And now an implant. Both under anesthesia. The nursing staff explained each step and made me feel at ease. The follow up is good and they are also available for any concerns. Nobody likes going for dental work. But I do recommend Dr Diamond 100%. The reason I don’t give 5 stars is because the wait time is very long. It’s never been on the timeline that Dr Diamond wants. It’s always a few weeks to month later.

I went in a while back a few years after I got a permanent retainer behind my teeth. I had 4 wisdom teeth to get taken care of and this penny pinching dentist comes in and says it’ll be over $3000. I got my top 2 teeth taken out at my regular dentist for about $300. I’m allergic to the knock-out stuff and the doc says oh no! There may be damaged caused to your brain if we take them out! That’ll cost a lot… and now here I am today with a massive cavity on my lower wisdom tooth that is fully erupted thanks to this horrible place.

I had an extraction performed on a molar that had previously undergone a root canal. I met with Dr. Diamond before booking the extraction to discuss potential sedation, as I was terrified of having this done due to a previous very traumatic extraction when I was younger. He assured me this extraction was going to be quick and easy for him, would take less than 5 minutes, and there was no need for sedation. Feeling reassured, I booked an appointment specifically with Dr. Diamond.Fast forward to the day of the extraction, I was back to square one absolutely terrified. I mean crying and throwing up terrified. I arrive at the office and was immediately put somewhat at ease by the lovely administrative staff. After a couple minutes wait I was brought into the treatment room by Keri who was beyond lovely and kind. She assured me that Dr. Diamond is amazing and I was in good hands. A few minutes later Dr. Diamond and Amanda arrived to perform the extraction. Without going into unnecessary detail - the extraction WAS quick and easy for him. It took LESS THAN 5 minutes. I was in awe and could not believe it was already over. I felt no pain during the procedure and only standard pressure. Dr. Diamond was so nice and soothing during the extraction as well and made sure to let me know what was going on during the procedure so nothing came as a shock. Amanda was so nice as well and made sure I was ok during and after the procedure, as well as being very attentive to removing *fluids* inside my mouth during the extraction which I greatly appreciated.After the extraction Keri came back and went over aftercare and pain medication with me, and made sure I was doing well. She was so nice and went over everything thoroughly and made sure I understood and was confident going forward.Now 2 weeks later my mouth is healing perfectly! No pain beyond the first couple days which is obviously to be expected. I am eating normally again and am SO thankful for Dr. Diamond, Keri, and Amanda for their skillful, kind, and compassionate care. Thank you so much!! I highly recommend Dr. Diamond and his team to anyone facing dental surgery. I would give 100 stars if I could.

Our daughter had a very complex dental situation involving a tooth that had grown into her chin bone. After consulting a dentist and a specialist, we grew increasingly worried as we realized an extraction would be extremely difficult. Then we met Dr. Diamond. He immediately put us at ease assuring us he had done this procedure many times. Dr. Diamond performed the surgery just over three weeks ago. Everything went perfectly and our daughter is fully healed and ready for braces! Everybody at Coronation made everything smooth. I highly recommend them.

I have had a truly exceptional experience with Coronation Dental. Their staff have such a friendly and calm demeanour that eases any potential stress or anxiety you might be experiencing about your appointment. I had a tooth extraction done by Dr. Sheikh, it was a totally painless process and it healed up quickly and perfectly. Dr. Sheikh is incredibly kind, honest and truly cares about his patients, which is both refreshing and rare to find in a medical field. I'd highly recommend both Dr. Sheikh and his Coronation team!

My son had his wisdom teeth pulled out on Friday July 9th, 2021. He was very nervous about the whole procedure but he told me that the staff were just amazing. They made him feel comfortable.Dr. Sufian Sheikh was wonderful. During our consultation he explained everything in great detail and he was very patient and kind. My son trusted and respected him and after the consultation my son trusted Dr. Sheikh to perform the procedure. The doctor did not disappoint my son. He did a wonderful job.When I went in to the recovery room to see my son, they had him resting comfortably . The nurse was wonderful, she explained everything that needed to be done. The doctor came in to talk to us after and tell us what took place during the surgery. Very professional and kind staff.They even took the time to call on Monday to check and make sure my son was okay.I would highly recommend Coronation Dental...amazing and professional.
