My experience at Medico Mobile was great! I arrived five minutes early and filled a bunch of paperwork about my health history, so I suggest arriving early to save time.After filling the paperwork, I provided a urine sample, then Mel, the nurse in charge, did all the tests required by the employer. Mel was friendly, personable, and engaging. She explained the steps thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable during the tests.Be prepared to do exercises and some lifting. I underestimated that part and was sweating profusely when it was all over!

First time doing a pre-employment physical exam. Mel was really nice and friendly. Clear instructions.

This facility does not follow any legal chain of custody procedures. Do not attend this facility!!! This business will blatantly violate your legal right to privacy.Personally witnessed the staff taking someone into an un-sanitized environment that I had just used. Manager sat in a back office having personal phone calls and cussing the entire time too.

Was sent here for employment, during my test, I was removed with extreme ignorance, the comments the lady made during my experience here where extremely unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful, my test came back positive for 3 chemicals, and was told to leave immediately with no information about possibly sending the results to a lab. I spent 1 hr in their parking lot organizing another test with Surehire in Red Deer. During that time the same lady came out for 4 cigarettes while I did so. My results came back negative when Lab, from Surehire, got back to me. How is this possible? This company has cost me my employment opportunity, because of their ignorance. I will be recommending to all my Cental Alberta Coating and sandblasting companies to not use this place as well. Please do not degrade your employees by sending them here. There is truly a reason why they only have 1 star. As a professional I recommend that one lady, In particularly, be fired in due haste, as she was even dealing with personal issues on her phone why trying to conduct my test!!

The manager here clearly regrets her life choices working with the public. She was arrogant and spent most of the time cussing and bad mouthing previous clients. I feel deeply sorry for anyone that has to work along side this bitter woman.The company also does not respect your legal right to privacy. They actually removed the bathroom door and stand outside listening to you. I understand this is a drug testing facility but each new person through the door should be treated with respect, not punished for the actions of past clients. I have done testing at other facilities in the past and never felt as awkward and uncomfortable as I felt at this one. I do not recommend this facility. There are other much more professional options in the Edmonton area.

I just went their today for an A&D test for a new job out of town, and the ladies were very nice to me and everything went well! Whoever the bad review was about in previous reviews must no longer work there. The ladies are very nice that work there now, don't be discouraged using this location!

Visited Medoco Mobile this morning. The staff that attended to me was very respectful, helpful as well as very professional in the course of carrying out her responsibility. I felt good all through my stay there. It's an awesome place.

What wonderful staff. It was my first time doing anything like this and I was basically a dumb puppy the whole time, and anxiously babbling, but the staff were kind and patient with me, and each other. I know my testing time ran long because I was taking too much time figuring things out. Shy bladder really makes giving a urine sample difficult also. And I probably honestly failed on the blood pressure thing because I was very tense about possibly failing and not getting the job I’m otherwise in on. But I got through it, best I could, and couldn’t have without their patience and support.They have covid measures in place and the site is clean and scent free.They’re running a good ship, and if I have to retest, I won’t be nervous next time, as I know I’m in good hands.

It was my first time doing this pre assessment employment test so I was nervous but Melanie was awesome and made it easy and comfortable for me.

This place would get negative stars if it was an option. Extremelybrude and unprofessional, nothing like makingbsomeone feel like a criminal. I had a D&A test done and they gave me no paperwork, no information whatsoever. Approximately I got told from the job I could not go to work as I failed. I knew that it was a completely incorrect test, I went to another facility and all my results were fine. I found this place to be very shady and would never recommend it to anyone! Such rude staff
