TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I got very very poor quality service from the staff of this bank. Most of the young kids working there make over commitment and have no idea how things work in their bank itself. Appointments are delayed, your time is ruined, and their is no availability of senior bankers/ management to talk to. Total thumbs down. Totally drained mentally by Sammy Kapoor and Abhay Pratab Randhawa.

Maxima akbarzad , working as a manager customer experience, is such a rude lady , she treats customers like nothing as is it’s not her duty to be polite and humble , I just had query regarding my account , she replied me so rudely without any etiquette’s of customer service , highly annoyed nd upset with such behaviour

Too slow jeez..the wait time is so long. Good thing I am done with them closing the account other banks are way better

I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service provided by Deepti Gupta at the bank. Deepti was professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful in answering my questions and resolving my banking issues. She was patient, knowledgeable, and always eager to help. She always took the time to explain the details of the products and services and made sure I was completely satisfied. Deepti went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience and I am truly grateful for her assistance. Thank you, Deepti, for providing such outstanding customer service.

Very Slow Service - took forever to get my cheque certified, only 2 tellers are working all the time and they're not even properly trained...they run back to manager again and again to confirm little things. They have no idea about Td cash management system (Remote deposit, EFT)

Very disappointed. The staff is not helping at all. A lot of waiting time even having an appointment. No matter for appointment timings.

Super slow , always big lines, wait time is always unnecessary with tellers just doing nothing. In all my visits never see more than 3 tellers. With more than 15 people waiting in line. No urgency on part of staff or manager to open more counters.

Entered the bank today at 11:55am but was asked by the male representative to wait outside. I had originally failed to see the sign that said only 4 ppl in allowed in the line. I looked inside to see the amount of ppl in the line and being service by staff far exceeded the permitted individual. I entered after the line reduced to 1 individual but need to seek with the representative at the information desk. He asked if I needed help and I stated yes. He continued to focus on his computer without gesturing if I should approach his desk for help. I continue to looked at him then asked if he was busy or have time to speak with me. He noted that he was waiting on another customer that was already with another representative. I inquire if I have to wait for service when to customer is being seviced by another staff. Irequested an appointment with a banking representative. I was then informed the appointment booking system was down and no booking could be done. He then asked if I would be available on Sunday. I noted that I can be available if an appointment was available. The gentleman stated he would take my number and call if the system starts to work. He then noted that appointments can only be done manually at the branch. I asked if he can book the appointment for me manually with an available representative. He stated that he can't book the appointment because he is unaware ofStaff schedule. I'm totally confused by the discrepancy and unprofessionalism.Management need to take note of who their staff are selectively choosing to help or ignore.
