Parking Indigo Toronto - 315 Front St W

Easy parking and budgeted rates. They have separate are for taller SUV, truck and bus parking. Prominent location near CN tower, Convention center or Roger Centre.

I don't recommend this parking to anyone they make you pay online and they give you wrong scan so you can't get to the parking when we get to the building in 315front street someone told us that happened same thing with other people it scam even if you call them they don't answer scam scam dcam

We used this garage when visiting for a week in Toronto. When we tried to pay, it declined my card. We called customer service and they did not help us then over the phone and instead directed us to go to the exit and try there. We did so, and when we called again and explained, they put us on a long hold and then hung up on us. We had to call back. There was a long line of cars then also waiting behind us because they had directed us to go to the exit in the first place. On our third time calling, they went through the same customer service spiel and STILL were not able to offer us a solution. We had been trying to exit for so long that the car behind us was nice enough to come and pay for our ticket for us. They did not help us in any way and were incredibly frustrating to deal with.

Good price for the weekend, considering it’s downtown. I used an underground spot (idk if the are outside spots)... it’s a good deal because you and you car stay protected from snowy and rainy days. I used the SpotHero app. Extremely easy to use: just find the parking garage (315 front st w) and pay; at the entrance use the totem (red lights blinking) to read the qrcode and done, you are in.

Very confusing to locate, and when we tried to exit they said we needed to call to get the gate lifting since it was prepaid with our Jays ticket. On the way out nobody was answering, so dozens of us were stuck for well over an hour. People had to go out the way in, and even then that was challenging to do. Police had to be called. Don't ever park here for event parking!!!
