Landscape Centre Inc (Showroom)

Dont work there. They lie about what they are looking for then they fire you telling what they are really looking for. They dont give you enough time learn of their thousands expensive products and overpriced material. If your over weight they will tell you that your to fat to be working there.

I’m curious if the positive reviews on here are for the showroom or their distribution center!My wife and I went to their showroom on Blue Mountain street this morning. No other customers were in the store and there were three employees behind the counter and staring at their computer monitors. NONE OF THEM looked up nor did they hello, good morning or a simple nod of the head to acknowledge our presence! My wife finally said hi to the woman behind the counter and I THINK she mumbled “hey” or “hi” but could barely hear her although we were walking in the front of the counter directly in front of her. I will also add she had a look of misery on her face and didn’t appear to care! A few moments later, we asked the young guy about the various types of artificial turf by Bella Turf and said, “ I’m not sure and I don’t think anyone here does, the vendor just dropped it off!”I was absolutely disturbed at the lack of care these three individuals have and curious to know if the owner realizes what happens in his store!I can only conclude that they don’t care about customer service and or they don’t care to deal with anyone but contractors!!But our day was not wasted as we drove out to Burnaby and ended up buying 4 pallets of Bluestone pavers, 3 yards of river rock and 2 yards of crushed gravel....and none of it from Landscape Center! We will also look for a dealer who sells Bella Turf Coastal Pro!If your looking for landscaping supplies.... avoid Landscape Center in Coquitlam!!

I agree with Steve - If your looking for landscaping supplies.... AVOID Landscape Center in Coquitlam!! I had an awful experience dealing with one of the showroom team members over the phone. I had visited the showroom on the Saturday previous and didn't get much help then but found a product that I liked and wanted to purchase the materials and was told to call back on Monday to place an order (which I did) and the phone was picked up by a very rude and disturbed team member telling me she had 10 other orders on her plate to deal with (which was not my problem) and that she didn't have time for me, she asked me why I didn't purchase what I wanted on Saturday. I wasn't expecting to feel like I was doing something wrong and inconveniencing anybody by calling in (which I was advised to do). I was very disturbed by the lack of care and professionalism she displayed. If I could have found the product elsewhere I would have not purchased it at this place. And I have a lot more projects and money to spend on landscaping but will not be coming back to this place and will be advising my contractor family/friends to take there business elsewhere - where customers, regardless of status, are treated with respect! I too am curious to know if the owner realizes what happens in their store!?!

Placed a phone order for delivery with Dermot, the sales rep. Awesome customer service. He verified the order through email. Followed up with a call prior to delivery. Terry, the truck-crane operator got the pallets exactly where they were needed.Thank you!

Dermot is the bombizzle. He is the man with all the answers to your landscaping project.
