Nice rink in beautiful scenery. It's free. If you need skates, you can rent them at the pavilion for cheap.

Great skating rink at the top of Mount Royal. Free to skate. Just have to pay to park.Ice is well maintained and well staffed. Music's on the speakers is nice. Fun mix and was different everytime. Fun pop music and wintery classical.

I called to confirm the opening hours and they said 8 pm. When I get there they told me they were closing at 5:30 pm. They are not offering any services that they advertise online. No lockers. The 2 employees on 21/12 didn’t offer any solution to us. We just walked all the way up there to waste our time.

Beaver Lake Ice Skating Rink
Had a great time, the wait was minimal considering the Covid 19 restrictions. Went on Valentines with my girlfriend and we both had a great time. The view is great and they painted hearts in the ice. the music is a nice touch that you can't get at local parks.

Beaver Lake Ice Skating Rink
Decent size rink, clean and spacious locker area, $8 rental after 6pm. Easy parking, not sure if by public transport. Some parts of the ice weren't that smooth when we came tho, made people tripped. We had fun anyways, definitely a must winter activity on Mt Royal.
