Doyles Window, Doors, Siding

We had a sunroom installed by Doyle's in November 2016. The $37,000 job was paid in full shortly after. Beginning in early January 2017, we began experiencing leaks and moisture in many areas, including significant water infiltration in February and the again in April 2017. Repeated service visits by Doyles between January 2017 and early 2019 failed to determine and fix the source of the leaks -- all the techs did was add more and more caulking to the window seams. The last visit occurred sometime in late 2019 when the tech told us it's just condensation". Except that condensation doesn't soak towels! Doyles never addressed the water problem. When I was shopping around for all new windows and doors for my home, it was during the middle of the covid 19 pandemic. I was so thrilled with the accommodations they made to make it safe for both their team and my home when they came to fit all new windows and doors. I would highly recommend Doyle's in Napanee, I worked specifically with George the sales representative and he was fantastic! I got a great price for everything, it was very competitive with the rest of the market and came under budget in terms of all my other quotes that I had received, and it was sticking with a local company to my area.

She is highly knowledgable and helped me in selecting the best options in each circumstance. I had some complete window replacements and many thermal pane replacements done. Dealing with Ginny on the phone was always productive and informative. Mike and Dan were amazing installers. They know their stuff inside out and backwards. Came out and installed door quickly and efficiently. Found a rotten board below door and fixed/replaced it. Was quite a wait for the door but not their fault and to be expected now. Will use them again for the rest of my doors I’ll have replaced in the future
