Q-Nails Fort St. John.

I needed a nail fixed 2x on my gel set and the gentlemen who originally did them would not accept my money. The second fix I left him a tip regardless. Very fair and great work

Asked for existing nails to be taken off, they just did a poopy refill. Tech did not listen to me, had to file a couple of my nails.Would not recommend!

Will probably never go back to this place ever again every time I’ve gotten my nails done they are very nice but the lady who takes my payment is very rude and so unprofessional their work is lovely but how I was treated there and every time I’ve ever gone in there was very poor and very unprofessional and for that reason I will not be coming back.

I've gone to many different q-nails before, however this was was poorly taken care of and not being cleaned the way it should be. All the staff there seemed soo angry and there was customer service was poor. We got a mani pedi with shellac, pretty simple requests, so they weren't too bad. But the atmosphere needs a big change

My hubby and I went to get pedicures done for the wedding.It was his first ever, and my second. Honestly, I won't go back. The ladies that took care of our feet were impatient and it felt like they really didn't care about our experience. Part of the reason I went was to get the foot massage from when they lotion up after scrubbing. Well, the lady that was attending to me, spent 90% of that time just rubbing her hands up and down my shins and barely touched my feet. I was a little surprised. They were recommended to me, by several people. I will not recommend them. I feel like when someone is doing a personal service, a little personal touch goes a long way... It felt impersonal. The only reason I have provided a 2 star instead of a 1, is because we ended up bringing our daughter as plans for her had fallen through, and they did a polish on her toes. They were very nice to her...

Had a pedicure here. I was not greeted or spoke to. I felt awkward. My feet still feel rough. My bill was 84.00 including 11.00 tipIn that cost. Very disappointing. Drove from Dawson Creek to FSJ for this service

The first time I went the little dog humped my leg… not a great first experience. Paid over $100 for poorly done nails. Not at all sanitary and there is really only the one lady that can do the pictures you show her to copy… the others will just say they can’t do it and won’t even try. My friend just got her nails painted and the lady put the top coat all over the top of her finger and it got very irritated after. Would not recommend, majority of them don’t even speak English.

Stopped by for a pedicure with my colleague during our business trip. Not the best service. Clean salon, I’ll give them a point for that. We sat down at 12:23PM and our pedicure service finished at 12:58PM.I asked the esthetician if they have shellac pedicures. She answered yes. I asked how much and she stated it’s $70.00. Never once did I say, “Yes! I want a shellac pedicure.” She ended up doing a shellac pedicure for me anyway. Fine I’ll let it slide.Now I wouldn’t be so annoyed if she had taken the time to cut and shape my nails, and cut the cuticles properly. The nail cutting was sad as she trimmed a mere millimeter at the most and just shaped everything with the file. I want to say the massage was great but she only massages my calves and shins.I’m from the city and at the most I’ve paid 55-60 bucks for a shellac pedi. At $70 before tax and tip I was expecting the same service if not more.They’re obviously gauging for money and for a service that only took 30 minutes at the most. Service and overall experience was a huge miss and frankly, extremely disappointing. I definitely do no recommended this business nor will I return.

The only place i will go in this town. I've been going here for 8 months now to get my nails done and eyebrows waxed and i love it. Friendly staff and its always very clean. I love the music they play its nice and relaxing.
