Bootlegger

One of my favourite clothing stores in Regina! Esp. now with it being sweater season, I have been slowly building up a collection of sweaters that I intend to wear every single day - instead of relegating them to the back of my closet where they likely won't see the light of day, literally and figuratively - and the sweaters they sell here at Bootlegger are incredibly stylish and comfortable and makes me want to wear them every single day. I love the selection they have here and I fully intend on coming back for getting more ;)The retail staff is also very friendly and welcoming which is just the icing of the cake! Thank you, Bootlegger and your wonderful team, I am glad you guys exist!

Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable on body types and what would look best on me. I felt very comfortable and welcomed by there team. Will definitely go back. Southland bootlegger is an awesome place to shop.

A couple of weeks ago I visited this store and received THE BEST customer service I've had in a retail store in years!!! The past few months I've lost over 50lbs and none of my clothes fit. I went into the store with no clue what I wanted or even what size I was. The manager helped me find a few mix and match outfits that fit well and complimented my shape. I left there feeling like a million bucks. The service was so exquisite I wished I had a bigger budget because it made me WANT to spend my hard earned money there. I will shop here again and would HIGHLY recommend others to shop here. Incredibly helpful staff that were genuine, kind and encouraging but they didn't make you feel pressured to buy things like they had the alterior motive of sales goals or commissions. These ladies were incredible. And that manager deserves a raise! I hope her boss sees this! I made her work for the big sale but she never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing her with my neediness. I so appreciated the hard work and pleasant, friendly assistance from the manager. I felt like I was shopping with my bestie not like she was working in the store. TOP NOTCH!

Was in yesterday looking for some new jeans for work and was helped by not one, but two awesome ladies! I found exactly what I was looking for and more! They gave me lots of suggestions and options. I sometimes feel bombarded when shopping but the staff here were very helpful and not pushy at all, which was great! Thank you for the excellent service!

I was at north gate mall this morning in Regina and bought some clothes from bootlegger. I can’t wear a mask due to a medical disability condition with an exception card from the FCA. The north gate mall bootlegger did not question me or kick me out. They simply served me within the proper guidelines. However the Southgate mall bootlegger wouldn’t even allow me to enter nor shop and did not care that I have a medical diagnosed disability that doesn’t allow me by AHS and government standards to wear a mask. The biggest frustration as the exact same business is NOT ON THE SAME PAGE. Get it together cause you’re loosing business and creating a bad image for yourselves.

The girl with the brown curly hair is always so friendly and helpful! I like the clothing and sales they always have as well.
