I just wanted to say how happy I am with the service, it took a little longer then expected, but I'm so very happy with the end product. the staff did an awesome job and were very friendly and helpful.

Don't recommend bringing your vehicle here for service. Only reason I came to this dealer was because it was closer to home. Unfortunately not only do the service advisors not know what they're talking about neither does the shop foreman.. Was told to send an email in and they'd reply with an update but in the meantime I went to Pickering VW and had the job completed within a day. Sometimes it pays to go out of the way to get something done properly by knowledgeable people.

Sammy the salesman said, Look up Audi Code to build your car. Send me the code and leave all the rest to him." Test drove 2023 Q-3 nice a real right and precise suspension. Lots of room for my rollitor (walker). Very motivated to sell as completion is tuff in this segment (SUV)."

We exchange our lease car to another, and we were not sure about the process, but Limas Mendez made it possible and smooth. Renata the manager and Kevin their finance go to man, gave us exceptional service. We are coming back for another car to them in two years!!!!

I had a great experience purchasing my first car here! My friends recommended Owasco and I see why. Greg was patient with all of my questions. I purchased from out of province so there were a few extra hurdles and Greg was great with getting answers for me regarding licensing taxes, etc. It was a big decision purchasing the car but he made the process easy and smooth. I can’t thank the team at Owasco enough!

Do not trust their service centre.I go to Owasco for my yearly service.I booked an appointment and dealt with Brett Murray. He was terrible.When I checked my car in, I mentioned that the convertible top was rattling and asked if there was a service available for that. He said he would look into it.Partway through my service he texted me and said that my rear brakes needed doing. First, I was sitting in the lobby so not sure why he couldn't speak directly to me, second, I had had new tires put on a few months earlier, and my mechanic spouse, asked my mechanic brother-in-law to check my brakes while he was doing the tires. He confirmed that there was lots of pad left, and took a picture.I told Brett no I did not want the brakes done.Then he said I should do an alignment - I questioned why, and he said cause it had never been done before. Not because it needed it, just because that was what he was coached to sell.Fast forward 6 weeks later, we are about to go on a roadtrip, so my mechanic spouse took the tires off the car just to double check the brakes. No surprise, lots of pad left, just like my brother in law had said.Owasco does nothing but try to rip their customers off, maybe also take advantage of the fact that I am a woman.Do not take them at their word when they try to get you to do other services while in their shop. They are dishonest.Brett Murray also never bothered to follow up on the service that I inquired about - they are too busy scamming their customers with unnecessary services than actually trying to provide service.Absolutely terrible service and will not be going back.
