TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Who is branch manager talked to customer at 9:07 on Monday May1st is Bad.Be a head of branch but Fighting with customer on the phone because I just want to Cash out a lit more than the limit( I know that. I called ahead and left the message couple days before this call ).Now, I think TD doesn’t care what call Customer Service anymore.Thinking to change my Business account, all family personal account to Another Bank soon.P/s: first time I have to write a Bad review.And I’m not wonder Why this branch is 2.5 on the GG review!

Absolutely worst experience! No one at the entrance desk to answer simple query. Employees working with NO SENSE OF URGENCY! I had to wait in line for 45 minutes just to ask a question from a teller.

Worst customer service ever. The wait time is ridiculous, completely under staffed at all hours of the day and the people waiting in line for the teller are last priority to be helped.

Absolute worst place to deal with. Griffen made me wait 20 minutes past the appointment time. After which, during the process of wasting 40 minutes of my time and then lost all information and told me he no longer had time to deal with me cause his next appointment was at 6pm. Absolutely disgusting ethics from his part. And will never deal with TD ever again!!

Poor service and most staff do not seem well trained.Booked an appointment with them which was cancelled 5 min pre appointment time as I walked into the bank. We were told that x person had already left. I then tried to reschedule an appointment which they did not seem to want to do because you can probably do that online". The day of my appointment I got a call to tell me I can probably do everything online yet again...I guess it made sense because the person we had a meeting with was literally looking everything up when we asked questions and did not seem to know anything. When wanting to close a TFSA I never use they changed the subject...Needless to say it is time for a bank switch."

This bank could run a lot more effeciently if the bank manager could do more than just sit behind a computer clicking aimlessly when it is busy.

They’re lined up when I arrived. However, the clerks were very fast. Tiana was helpful and empathetic to my situations. She’s efficient and I appreciate her excellent work.

Every time I have come to this bank, there’s only 1 or 2 people working therefore there’s always a huge line. Usually a 1 hr wait which is insane!!! They really need to change this, it is so frustrating!

Worst bank. Terrible experience. Here's a thought business accounts should not have a limit of 1200 to take from an ATM. Worst bank for a business. No stars

This bank all the time is very slow. We are here 12 people now in the line and only one person cashier is incredible. I spend 33 minutes in this place and still in line. Try another bank don't waste your time here this person don't have respect for you time. I m not recommend this place
