They hold no accountability for this excuse of a financial institution. Had a RRSP loan with a broker who felt with B2B. What a disaster these few years have been. Nobody is assigned to your case, there is absolutely no one to speak to about your “ file” . They recently sent us a letter stating that our $400 per mo pymts we’re not enough now due to interest rate hikes. Couldn’t get anybody on the phone to discuss this ????Have been making regular pymts for 4 yrs. No nsf pymts, no missed pymts, no communication period. Sent them a financial statement with the continuous 12 post dated cheques, explaining that the new payment of $748.00 would be impossible. Sent back all our cheques back and said “ sorry” “ doesn’t meet our expectations. Hah ! On to our lawyer it goes. Maybe we should stop paying them anything

It is literally impossible to get ahold of your case agent with time sensitive matters. It's been over half a year trying to solve one issue. If zero was an option I would of chose it. We also rolled into an open mortgage because of the incompetence of the case agent which they kept trying to send us back to despite asking for a new one. Also got soo much conflicting information about where to send documents.

They are the worst bank I have ever dealt with as they never call you back on important issues and they withdrawl money from your account without notice. I've had a few nsf's due to there ability to communicate with there client. I would give them 0 rating if I could

Not a happy customer. Recently got a mortgage/line of credit. One of the most difficult experiences I've had arranging a mortgage and I used to be a mortgage broker. Vast amounts of paperwork and even my lawyer's office had a difficult time attempting to get the deal closed. I almost walked away but after 6+ weeks of attempteing to close the deal I didn't want to start from scratch. Now I can't even get online access to my line of credit. I've called 4 times but it just gets either escalated to tech services that haven't done anything. Not a very happy customer

WORST COMPANY EVER. DO NOT USE THEM. I WOULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD! I have a mortgage with them and changed banks, I called in to ask how I change my banking information. They told me to go to their website and print off a form. I printed it off, sent it in. And they didn’t update my information. They sent me back an email with an attachment I couldn’t open up. Then I seen that my mortgage payment didn’t come out of my new account. They asked me to fill out a new form. I fill it out and send it back, and they reply asking me to fill out THE SAME FORM. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THIS BANK WONT CHANGE MY BANKING INFORMATION!!!! DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!!! WORST BANK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!

If I could give this bank zero stars I would. As an investor, I have received the most appalling service imaginable. The advisors are very adept at lying and don't hesitate to withhold your money! Avoid this bank at all costs as it will cost you to deal with them! They almost make their parent company, Laurentian Bank, look good which is saying a lot as LBC is pretty much a stone age bank. Go anywhere else for financial services!

This is the single worst bank I have ever dealt with, I tried to Renew my mortgage, sent in all the paper work and 2 months goes by with no change to the mortgage, I give them a call and they said it was submitted too late so nothing happened… does anyone follow up about anything… nope. Never recommend going here, customer service is terrible and none of them actually know what they are talking about. Just useless save your money and go somewhere reputable

Very disappointed with B2B bank. I notified them 2 weeks before I wanted to payout my mortgage and they provided me with the payout amount and said to be sure $ was in my account. Now 1 week later they still have not taken the funds out of my bank account to pay it out despite numerous phone calls !

WORST FINANCIAL INSTITUTE EVER!!!!! THIEVES!!!Do not waste your time. The employees are rude. They blatantly lied to me a few times, which caused me to unfairly get mad at my lawyer only to have my lawyer prove she didn't do what they claimed.One said she was going to submit my claim and someone would call me back and it ends up she didn't even note my file, so I was waiting for a call that was never going to come.My Lawyer had advised them that I am not renewing the mortgage and requested a Discharge and they sat on it till it went into renewal and then charged me penalties and keep telling me it's my fault. Horrible Horrible service. I have never been so disgusted. I never write reviews, but this transaction was really upsetting.GOOD F&*KING RIDDANCE!
