I purchased a fireplace for my new residence, at time of installation it was determined that I received some wrong parts. It took over 9 months with many phone calls, emails and trips into their office, I live 300 km away. Once they finally listened to me and I got the right parts i requested. I asked to speak with the manager. His phone reply to me was if your fire place works you should be happy and therefore they were happy and they were done. He even went so far if you think I'm going to fire her

Unfortunately I have to leave a star. I wouldn't even leave 1 if I could leave a review without a star it would be none. KEN is a worst person to deal with. He gives companies NEGATIVE REVIEWS IF YOU DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HIM or if you CATCH HIM IN A LIE........... BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL when placing an order with NATIONAL ENERGY EQUIPMENT SASKATOON. I would strongly recommend finding an ALTERNATIVE VENDOR.
