Boyd Auto Body in North Battleford is an amazing place to deal with. Was up front with parts delays, was kept informed on parts arrivals. Repairs were done in a timely manner and vehicle was extra cleaned when delivered. I appreciate everything they have done to makes this painless.

After realizing I only had 2 weeks left on an insurance claim I brought my vehicle to Boyd and they were able to turn my truck around in under a week, which was amazing. What was more amazing was that they cleaned my vehicle inside and out as a complimentary service. This type of service is almost non existent, and very appreciated. Thanks guys and gals at Boyd!

The staff was very helpful throughout the entire process of my SGI claim. They had my vehicle done on time as well which was a bonus. They also called me with additional repairs which was such a helpful thought.

My $33,000 moose claim went smooth. The manager updated me weekly on the progress which was a bonus. Was kept informed of additional repairs etc. My vehicle was delayed in delivery due to parts issue but no fault of there’s. I would highly recommend Catherine and her team in NB! Really disappointed how long I've been waiting to fix my van. It's been 4 months and all that lady saying 1 part still waiting and there's no ETA. My van showing some problem on driving because of months and months waiting for only one part.

I called to have my rear window fixed on my car. At the time I thought I would have to pay for the whole thing myself. The lady(LISA) that answered told me to try putting in claim for it. So I called SGI and they told me that yes indeed that I can claim it. I made aptmnt with Boyd to have the SGI estimate done and I got it fixed within next few days. So fast and I thought it take forever. They even cleaned off all tape residue. Awesome service.

This was the second time I have gone to Boyd Autobody for car repairs and the first time was great. This time around I waited almost 2 months for some parts (not their fault by any means) but they failed to call me when they arrived. I had been occasionally calling for updates and they always said they would call me if they knew anything about ETA. Finally one week I called and it turned out the part had already arrived and I was not contacted. I was booked in soon and after dropping off my car it was kept for a week (without them notifying us) and when we called they were still waiting for supplies. Once I finally had my vehicle back on the short 5 minute drive home from the shop I noticed a rattling noise coming from the underside of my vehicle so I turned around and asked them to take a look. They took it for an hour and they told me that they didn't know what was wrong and that it was no longer under their care. This was very frustrating as it had not been making noise prior to this and felt like regardless of that they should have known what was wrong or made an effort to help especially after they know we had been waiting months to get this car fixed.In regards to the actual repairs made to my car they were done fine but there was white paint on the black parts near my windows as well.Fast forward a few weeks and I took it into a different auto body shop and they found what was going on within 5 minutes of taking a look and had it fixed within the day. I just didn’t feel like Boyd gave me the time of day and makes me think they did not even really bother to take a look.
