I’ve had so many bad experiences at this place and I’ve finally had enough. I’ve never wrote a review and this is my first one. After you order you wait for food that is not properly made (having had food at other timmies) for the longest time and then when you leave and give people their coffee it is not labeled/wrong cream and sugar/sizes, it really doesn’t end. You would think that you would check your coffees right? But after waiting so long you just want to get out of there and you don’t check. People stand around looking clueless non stop. Good job guys

They were cleaning the display when customers are in the line waiting to be served. Should be done when closed!

Very clean, employees very nice and helpful. The restaurant can be very cold at night which is very annoying and uncomfortable. Literally you step in and it is freezing but other than that it is a great place to relax or hang out with friends\family

I waited 10 minutes inside to be served, then I had to repeat my order, show the server what donuts I wanted, and then I was told the icecap machine needed 10 minutes to be ready. I waited half hour , and went up to get a refund because they forgot about me.When I got up to the till they only had three guys working and Wanted to know who served me , I said I was here waiting for my drink long enough and I want a refund, it still took 2 minutes for them to get the right guy, and I did not even get a sorry for my inconvenience. Really bad service, and people skills for a busy Saturday. I am not a happy customer, and I will be sure to share my experience with others.

Arrived home and found out bagel missing. What a service of that 4' white kid. On da counter i have to ģuide him what to do. Putting donut bags o the wet counter and act like I am the fastest worker of the month. He need good long term vacation.

Actually it's a cool looking spot, please. We didn't have to say that but we did. We enjoyed our time that we received our food and beverage. It was courteous clean, and all around well just plain fine. We gave it four stars. Simply because well it's Tim Hortons. They're always amazing and fine.

I grew up near this Tim Hortons. Always been a great place to get together with friends. No drive-thru but friendly staff and usually lots of parking
