I had a great experience doing the Montreal style bagels class! Jess was a wonderful teacher, providing lots of tips and tricks when it comes to making bagels. We even got to sample the fresh ones with cream cheese - delicious! I put 4 stars because it would have been nice to have smaller groups: we had groups of four people using one bowl to make dough, doing it in pairs would have allowed a more hands on experience!

The place was really nice. Jess was super kind, funny and energetic, she explained everything really well and had all set up and ready for our class! I had a great time and would recommend it for a group, it's very entertaining and beginner friendly.

I booked this experience for a Bachelorette and we had an amazing time! Due to some unforeseen circumstances we ran into issues with our reservation but rather than cancel, Jess showed up herself to make the class happen! She was super knowledgeable and funny. We loved every moment and the end result was delicious!

We had the most fun learning how to make macaroons with Ellen! She was so great at walking us through the process and the macaroons were delicious. We can’t wait to make them again and try some recipes from the cookbook.

We had a great class with Elizabeth, who taught us how to make macarons. The facility is clean, all of our questions were answered, and the instructions were easy to follow. It was a highlight of our trip to Montreal!

My friends and I had a super fun time at our watercolor cookie private birthday party class. Ellen was a fantastic teacher. We really appreciated her attention to detail and knowledge. I've take multiple classes at the LAB and every one of them is so much fun!

Had a WONDERFUL time with this experience. I booked a private class for my partner and I, and we learned so much. It was super fun making eclairs, and we asked to customize them as well. Great time!

Jessie was wonderful, even agreeing to schedule our baking lesson on her day off to accommodate our brief visit to Montreal. Our kids (two aged 11 and one age 9) had a blast, with no whining or complaints for the entire 1.5 hours we were there. And the cupcakes were yummy and brought smiles to all of us. Can't recommend the Lincoln Apartment Bakery enough - definitely worth a visit while in Montreal!

We had the best time learning how to make Montreal style bagels with Jess!When we were planning our trip, we wanted to take a bagel making class but were bummed when we couldn’t find a class. We stumbled upon Lincoln Apartment Bakery and emailed them to inquire about a class. Without hesitation, Jess was able to set one up for us and others to join.The class fee included everything we needed, including aprons and take home containers. Highly recommend The Lincoln Apartment Bakery to anyone wanting to take a baking class!
