I’m a tile installer and had an odd size drain pipe I had to attach a Schluter drain too. I needed an adaptor and the service tech knew exactly what I needed. He was super fast and friendly! I’ve been to other suppliers over the years and have been subject to rude or arrogant staff when they are dealing with non-plumbers. This didn’t happen here ! I’m super please and will be sure to come back and recommend them to others.

Excellent service!! Just called their shop and it went to voicemail. While listening to the voice message prompt, Rick called me letting me know they had phone system issues and asked what I was looking for. EMCO Chinook has been my DIY plumbing supply store for years. Can't recommend them enough.

Terrible experience. Wanted to purchase a simple product but was disappointed in the Receptionist . She was extremely unhelpful and not ready to try to find solutions. Used covid as an excuse. Other stores are welcoming and ready to help. This company isn’t.
