I went to Rona today to purchase some items for my yard. I asked for some help and was lucky enough to have met Stacey. She was not only incredibly professional, knowledgeable and helpful but she was also kind, personable and friendly. It made my shopping experience so much more pleasant considering I have zero experience with growing grass and I am doing this for the first time. She was so patient with me explaining why some products were better than others. I am so thankful to her. I also met Matt who is the manager and you can see why the employees working there are happy and kind to their clients, it’s because clearly management is great and equally as wonderful to their staff. Thank you to Stacey and Matt for making this experience shopping at Rona amazing. I will be back for all my other gardening needs. A special shout-out to the cashier who helped me as well she was so nice (I forgot her name).

Below is an email that I sent to the Escalation Team. Think twice about shopping that this location. Deplorable customer service!On April 10, 2023, I called the Rona Scarborough Golden Mile location. I pushed # 7 and spoke to a female representative who did not identify herself. I told her that I was having trouble with an online order and that I had already checked with my bank and that there is not an issue with my card. She directed me to the 1-866 number to speak to customer service. I told her that I am out of the country and cannot call a 1-866 number and asked for a direct line. She told me that she did not know a direct line, I asked her to ask someone for the information. It was noted that she was annoyed by the request and told me to 'hold' with no other niceties.I was on hold for a short time and she came back and said Yah

First time visiting Home & Garden Rona Scarborough, we were so impressed with our experience here yesterday. There were lots of parking space in this plaza. Store was very bright, clean and organized. You could locate the items easily with their signs. Excellent customer service. We checked the product online prior to the store to pick up. Staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They listened to our concerns and provided advices and suggestions. We got everything we needed in one visit. Rona always has great deals for their customers. We will definitely recommend family and friends to visit this location. Please keep up the great customer service!

A huge hardware, appliance, renovations store that will help you tackle plenty of home improvement projects. Like all these kinds of stores, staff are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and can guide you to get whatever you want to do done correctly. Huge free parking lot or front and plenty of flat push carts to help you move things to your vehicle. Even carries some appliances. I don't frequent these stores a lot, but when I do, I always find the assistance I need.

Made a $2000 purchase and set up delivery for the next day. Was told it would be delivered between 7 am and 7 pm!When asked for a smaller window we were told that wasn’t possible but we would be informed when our items were picked up from the store and also be called by the driver when they were an hour out.I stayed home all day, on my day off, and when I called the store at 5:30 pm (as I hadn’t heard a thing), I had to call multiple times before someone picked up. When I did get through I was left on hold for 10 min.I then received a text at 6 pm that the delivery truck was 16 min away.It’s hard to believe that RONA thinks this is acceptable delivery service. At least have your customer service get the facts straight and have some respect for your customers time. I won’t be returning to RONA.

This one breaks my heart. We know the competitor who came to town and tried to destroy our Canadian grown brand. After many years of unsuccessful attempts, they bought them instead. Now business is business, and I understand that better than most. However, since acquiring Rona, it's been a slow death from within. This once one stop have almost everything location was one of Rona's best location. Sad to say, it's now one of the worst. Either merge the 2 stores or kill one. It's clear that there is no intention to save it, so why allow them to die slow. The location is on some very valuable property, so I am pretty sure a certain company is waiting for the right developer to come along. Rona, we will miss you once the final nail has been driven in.

Worst customer service ever!I went here to buy some laminate floor and I saw that there is one that was prices for $1.19 so I asked the guy there (his name was Feng) and he said yes that was the price. We went to check out and it was a different price. cashier called the guy from flooring and said he was gonna check. After few minutes he called and said that was the price. I went back and check the price (so did my wife simultaneously) and the price tag was gone!!! Of course I was infuriated!! When they saw that I was mad they said they’re gonna fix the price for me but the price I was charged for was the real price.Turns out that they put up the wrong price! And if I didn’t check and didn’t know I would walk away thinking i paid $1.19 per sqft.Worst part is no one came to apologize. They just kept insisting that they are giving me the lower price like it’s my fault they didn’t do their job right!!!This photo is from the customer service. Superb shop. Very good customer experience. Went for key duplication and it was super quick. Key duplicated in 5 mins and it worked well. Very good parking space. All kind of hardware tools are available.Recommended
