Stopped in today to see if there were any used Escapes. Had a great test drive and made a deal on the spot. The salesman we dealt with (Jeff Swartman) was fantastic, very knowledgeable and not pushy. Their great staff were able to get us on the road quickly. We will definitely go back.

If I could give -5 I would. Don’t come here. Had a recall come in the mail madoc ford didn’t want to follow through. After some argument they booked me for the recall. Pick up My car after an all day rigmarole to a quote (handwritten on a peice of paper) for 22 hundred in parts and 2-3 days of work at 100$ an hour. They didn’t want to give me my car back and kept trying to get me to trade it on the spot. Went to another mechanic and got it fixed for a little over 400$.Went to a local store after and two other girls were discussing how they were also charged a bill their vehicle held.

After making a decision I was introduced to Sheamus Murphy the financial services manager. I was correctly informed of all my choices and he made the process easy to understand. Both of them were highly accommodating, informative, helpful and friendly! I will be recommending their services to others and using them in the future!

Without question, the best experience I've had buying a vehicle. The salesman was gracious, knowledgeable and effective without being pushy. The financial people were thorough, personable and clearly well-versed in the available options.They made a vehicle purchase which was forced due to circumstances smooth and straightforward.I had to drive a fair distance to get here, but it was worth it! If you're looking to buy a Ford in Eastern Ontario, this should be your first port of call.
