Disappointed with our manicures, especially going away and could not wait to return just to remove it. I had the $85 BIAB gel overlay + tax and tip, which was not supposed to chip or lift but I had both happen. Polish did not go to the base or fully reach the sides, seemed rushed as did not fully dry before having to leave leaving smudge marks, next day looked like a week of growth. Spent hundreds on four manis, others had gel manis $54 each plus tax and tip, and had to hide nails in our photos, would not recommend.

There were 3 of us getting pedicures. We have had this service at other salon many times.Pros:1. they called 10 min. ahead of our appointments to let us know they were running 15 min behind2. The space is clean and is aesthetically pleasing.3. Being licensed is a nice touchCons:1. The bench/bowl set up makes it tricky to get situated and is not nearly as comfortable as the massage chairs and tubs at most nail salons2. Most of the 50min was spent on cuticles and cutting/filing nails. Very little exfoliating or pumice scrubbing, no hot stones, no warm towel. The regular polish service gets a short scrub, no scrub for shellac.3. Massage was weak and short (all 3 of us agreed)4. Most annoying of all- the nail techs not only eavesdropped on our conversation (to be expected I suppose) but inserted themselves into it! We did not appreciate it and it happened repeatedly. Was not professional.Overall : the high price tag did not seem to reflect the level of service

This place is so inviting. This was my 2nd time going, the first time for nail extensions but the 2nd time for waxing of my brows. They are so sweet, and offer so many great things. I loved being able to drink a coffee while getting my nails done:)

Walked in for a pedicure end of March. The place looks nice and clean and the staff were friendly enough, but I am used to a place that has nice comfortable chairs and wash tubs with jets and warm water. The seat is a bench with a cushion on it - no real back support and very uncomfortable. The wash tubs are plastic tubs that they put water in and carry out. The water got cold quickly. There is a plastic lid on it that you place your feet on for the pedicure. The girl that did my pedicure cut both of my big toes when she was using the nail file and when she was using the clippers. When I got home I put peroxide on right away in fear of getting an infection. My toenails were not cut properly. I had to cut them myself a week later because the corners were digging into my skin. I usually don't give reviews but felt I should in this case. I will not return.

The store itself is wonderful. Clean, friendly greeting and a cute ambiance. I went in for a shellac nail and left feeling incredibly disappointed having branched away from my regular nail salon to give this spot a try. My nail technician was new (I’m assuming because she didn’t know where anything was located). When she was finished, she checked my nails over and failed to notice there was nail polish all over my one finger. I went to the counter and told the receptionist and another girl used a file to get it off. My shellac lasted a couple of hours and started chipping off so I went back to my regular nail salon the next day and got my nails redone. What a waste of money.EDIT: My issue was rectified with professionalism and promptness. I was really happy with the result of my next manicure from the Ten Spot and am glad I gave them another chance!

Wanted a natural looking manicure and got a lumpy and uneven one instead. Looks okay from a distance, but definitely not worth the price. For someone who gets their nails done once a year, this is very disappointing. I put my trust in the nail tech, yet I could have done a better job myself.

I have received a brow laminate, tint, and manicure here, such wonderful energy, Alicia is precise and always checks in to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your service! I highly recommend this location for all your spa needs! :)

I had my first pedicure here and was pleased. It was very clean and bright, and I feel the service was well priced. The polish selection was good as well. When I got home I realized 2 of my nails had smudged but that is MY fault for not wearing the right sandals. I did notice a bit of flooding on a cuticle but my nails are very small so I am not surprised. The music was a little loud for my taste, and I wish they offered unscented products.I like the bench style seating and the plastic basins instead of the massage chairs and jetted basins. It felt very clean!I would return here for another pedicure or a manicure.

I had nail extensions done, by Victoria. So great. She really took the time to explain the process and what to expect. She was so lovely. The end result was amazing. Do yourself a favor and just go.
