No rain checks for items they don't have..no cheap bags to carry items bought..125 for plastic bag to put my stuff in that you bought..shameful...no impressed with this store...take your own bags with you

This was my first ever visit to any Giant Tiger. Very calm place, not crowded but sufficiently spaced. An organized and clean store. Ample parking space available at all times

Many stores offer select meats and produce at competitive prices. It's easier to get in and out to find what you need with room to move about. It's a easy place to meet your daily needs. This store is now officially the worst locations I've shopped at. The (barely speak English) ladies that answer the phone are rude and ignorant. Management seems lazy and doesn't care about helping customers much. They're always out of stock pretty much of all basic items as well as flyer sale items, yet they have a huge empty warehouse space in the back. I literally have to drive 20 minutes farther to a different location that always has everything in stock, as opposed to empty shelves like this location always has. Head office needs to step in and clean up this nonsense, although I have called head office's customer service 3x and they never reply to my voicemails, so that says a lot about this useless clown company!!

Clean store with large selection of goods including clothes, houseware and groceries. They have very good return policy. Seniors discount is provided first Monday of every month.

Great location! Awesome and friendly staff who are willing to help as much as they can. Giant Tiger doesn't get enough credit for their fair prices and dynamic selection of products. This location is great for bed and bath, lots of linens and comforter options. I love the favt that there is a grocery section with fresh produce and meat! For the shoppers who hate going into big department stores and waiting in ridiculous lines after receiving sub par customer service this is the place for you!
