1 and half hr waiting line for your turn is just Ridiculous. The Govt should act to save people valuable time. This registry is overcrowded all the time. 1 star only for employee served at counter.

I passed my first try! Tersem Mann was my instructor, super patience and polite. He explained the process really well. I felt super comfortable and ended up passing with ease. He gave me great feedback after the road test. Overall made it super easy to understand and do the road test without any confusion or complications. Highly recommend!!

25 people in Iine only 2 counters open, they dont value customers time.14 wickets and 2 open is it a joke?wait times are an hour long more..

I passed my road test… Tersem Mann was my examiner. He was incredibly nice and very helpful as he made me so comfortable before starting my test. He knows how to be calm with students and also guide them professionally. I recommend this registry to everyone.and a big thanks to Tersem Mann for being such a humble examiner.

As a foreigner you need to visit registry office many times , I always prefer to go to Northeast registry Taradale, because the staff is very cooperative and well trained. The manager Mr……… I don’t know his name , he is pretty young, cleaned shaved guy ( usually wear long gray sweater in winter and long shirt in summer) he always come in line and ask people their meter and gently help them.Really appreciated.I never had any bad experience whenever I visit there.

From opening of the registry, there are 20 people ahead of me, but i think i just waited a reasonable amount of time before being served. Of course, registries are one of the busiest offices, people have different transactions, so expect wait times. Other staffs are nice, some are not that friendly (not even a smile) Place is clean and spacious though.

My road test was a success! Tersem Maan was my examiner; he made me feel relaxed and patiently explained each step without getting involved with further conversation. It was simply a wonderful experience, and I would suggest this registry to everyone.

When I had an emergency flight to catch and a cab waiting outside with the meter running they got me in super quick. Even with a line stretching out the door. Super knowledgeable staff and very friendly.Highly recommend.

I have been told that we could take the knowledge test by 30 minutes before closing by one of the employees; however, another employee just stated 50 minutes before closing that they no longer take the knowledge test for the day. So, thank you for making us wait a long line.P.S we were just 3-4 position of the line
