The worst service I have ever received in my life, I placed an order online but when I went to receive the truck, I was told that all the trucks were rented and they were out. I called Uhaul back and they assured me that Ultramar can not do that and that they talked to them, I went again and this time, I was almost kicked out of the station and the guys there were developing a bullying attitude towards me and my family and still refused to give me the truck.I called Uhaul for the third time and they could not do anything and offered to go and pick up a truck 45 km away from my original pick up point!!!!!This delayed me and costed me more money and time, they do not even deserve to be rated, they are far below and I would never advice anyone to deal with them

Not price quoted lied, everytime we rent from uhaul, they lie and keep your deposit

This location way double-charged me for my truck rental when we moved here. Uhaul said they did not receive payment, but my Visa was charged. Needed to get OPP involved to get my money back. Have not returned to this location since then.

Uhaul experiences depends on the employee who serves the customer. The employees at this location were excellent.

Paid in full for a 20 foot UHAUL and only got a 15 foot. I expect to be getting refunded.

Too bad you can’t give a 0 star. Awful customer service with the company. Booked a car carrier online where it was showing available for my needed date, fully paid for online when they called within 5 minutes to say not available unless I drive 2 hrs north to another location. Online says 50.00 back to customer guarantee if not available once booked. They laughed and said not paying their guarantee. Too bad there isn’t more places to book.

This place is trying to charge me double. I paid 660.00 for the vehicle and 3 months later I get a letter from the collection agency saying I owe 880.00.Their debit machine was conveniently out of order so I had to go to the bank and pay cash. I got a little hand written receipt back. No contract. I had two different men giving me two different instructions. I should have listened to the reviews. Crooks!!

I willl drag my belongings through snow across towns before I ever use U Haul ever again :) 300$ for your screw up laziness and bull.

Always terrible every single time the mess up. It's too bad they are the only one in town.

Garbage service called three times and no voicemail set up super unprofessional and not a good service fix your phone and serve your customers right. I really wish u could get a 0 star you don’t even deserve one.
