Gayle saved a silk screening that was improperly framed previously, she made a shadowbox for a nostalgic handcrafted hanging and always provided guidance and different options for each piece of art to be framed. Gayle is incredibly professional framist and artist who loves arts.I got this drawings from my brother in law, Olof Inger who is an artist in Sweden. I was looking for a right person to do framing. I found Gayle’s studio from Google. All the good reviews made me to come to her studio.My first impression was ‘Wow’. I felt very comfortable.She took her time to help me out to made right decision with many options. She cares all the pieces of art very well. She is also incredibly detail oriented. I came upon Gayle Hutchings via a reference from the Oakville Historical Society. I was looking for recommendations for someone to frame two old family documents from 1798 and 1902. I was nervous about the preservation of these delicate heirlooms, and wanted to be sure they would be properly protected for family generations to come.To say that I came to the exact right person, is an understatement. Gayle was amazing! She was such a lovely and congenial person to work with, and provided excellent advice and suggestions to me especially related to preservation. She sought to understand what my vision was, and her attention to detail on the project showed through in both the biggest and smallest elements. The final products were beautiful and I was so pleased with how they turned out.I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Gayle. She is a perfectionist and a master at her craft, and I look forward to working with her again in the future.

Gayle is easygoing but incredibly professional and took the time to help me pick out the perfect option for my print. I couldn't be happier with the experience and the end result. This thing looks much better properly framed than rolled up in my closet.In terms of budget, I had certain expectations going with an independent studio, but she was very fairly priced, especially considering the quality of the finished product.Highly recommended and I look forward to working with her again!

I have been working with Gayle for the past 4 years.She is a pleasure to work with - incredibly detail oriented and creative. I know very little about framing and art, but she is so knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with.She has worked on numerous projects for the company I work for. She has done some basic framing projects as well as other in depth creative projects - such as a framed cell phone evolution of our company phones collected over the past 20 years. The picture attached unfortunately doesn't quite do justice of how beautiful and unique the piece was!

I took fabric art to her with no idea of how to suspend it in a frame and she took so much interest and care in this project. She hand stitch buttons on the back to have it hang straight and evenly. I know of no other framers who would have her skill, interest or knowledge to tackle such a difficult framing request. Thank you Gayle for turning a 40-yea- old piece of fabric art into an heirloom treasure. You are the real artist!
