This company is a joke. ClaimsPro takes forever to process one claim. My claim has been sitting for a month. Imagine not being able to do the one job you were hired for.

Very unprofessional group. These people claim to be independent but truly work for the insurance company that you are insured with.Please don’t mistake these gangsters as helping you or acting in your best interest because they are not. They are trying to give you the least amount for your claim and most times not even covering what you have covered in your claim.

I would like to take this time to personally thank our Adjuster at claims pro named Neil Chabot. Mr Chabot came to our home the day we had a major flood. He started on our claim right away, had a local company come in named Service Master with Sarah Caudle as Manager. Together and with their team these two absolutely amazing people had our home brought back to its original state and better!!! Their professionalism and care shown to our family throughout this emotional time was a blessing. Mr Chabot thankyou from the bottom of our hearts for what you and your team accomplished for our family. Families need people like you in such unfortunate circumstances. If there are any Insurance companies reading this review please know Neil Chabot from Claims Pro and Sarah Caudle from Service Master should be your go too Professionals!!
