I was surprised to see. A two star rating and review. Now I know why.We drove from NOTL to the store to purchase a dining room table that was an advertised sale item. They didn’t know about the sale but checked out the web site. They had no stock. They said that they would order the table and a chair for us to check out. Should be in by Thursday. That was Monday.We heard nothing Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. The following Tuesday I called and after a long wait on hold because “the furniture person must have been busy with a customer”, I left my contact information. They would call as soon as they were free. It’s now Saturday and no phone call.Ordered a table on Wednesday from Wayfair. It was delivered Friday morning.I’ll never be back.

The staff here are always willing to help you if you are not quite sure what you need to effect a repair. The prices are competitive but the people at this store make the difference. If they do not have the product in stock, the cashier will be more than happy to order it for you and they will call you when it comes in. Give it a visit the next time you are in Welland.

Dusty, overpriced, staff just ignore you. Customers are an inconvenience to them.

Extremely poor customer service! I went in to check a price on a product that I had purchased....the price tag was hidden from my view. Employees made me feel as though I had just not seen the price tag. As I was exiting the store, the lady who had helped" me yelled across the store....we solved the problem! He didn't see the price tag! Very poor customer service!"

Nothing different from any other furniture store, aside from buying a replacement light switch after buying a couch.It's a good little store and that Home Depot keeps bully pushing it around.Home Depot is gonna learn some BJJ, MMA style!

Great service and very friendly staff.

Very disorganized, no flow to any one department, and very little stock. Has a garage sale feel to it.
