My lashes are always stunning! Jen and all the girls are amazing lash techs who always amaze me with how fluffy they make my lashes. Persona is the best lash extension studio and I would recommend to everyone. Judana is always great for meeting my hair needs and she is always cheerful. Such a positive and friendly atmosphere at Persona Lash Lounge.

Jennifer is amazing. She makes sure you get your lashes done exactly how you want them, and is super friendly! Would definitely recommend.

The staff here are incredible and professional. You can tell that each technician is highly trained and passionate about what they do. The salon is impeccably clean and a whole VIBE. They take their time to ensure each lash is adhered properly and that you are super comfortable!! I practice hot yoga 3-4x a week and my lashes stand the test of time!!I am ALWAYS getting compliments on my lashes and being a busy mom of 3 I don’t have time to do anything to my face, these lashes always set the tone with ZERO effort!! I went here to get my lashes done, they looked good after they were done and the girls were very sweet. The day after I woke up with swollen eyes, one so swollen it wouldn't open. Had to go to the doctor and get antibiotics. Tried to get a refund or a partial one and they didn't consider it. So I paid 150$ for lashes for not even 24hours, paid for medicine and paid to get them removed at another place. The owner of the business should change their policy on refunds. Would not recommend.

I was looking for somewhere last minute as the person that was suppose to do my lashes cancelled 30 minutes my appt. I called and they made time and did an amazing job! The place is very nice, they were quick, and super professional! I dont recommend a lot of places but I definitely recommend this place! I had my lashes done on the 17th and I've only lost a few on each eye, great quality and job!

This is my millionth time visiting this beauty lounge. Always satisfied. Great results. Great staff. Great music. This time I had my stomach Mani and Pedi done by Miranda Xoxo thank you again you beautiful soul!

I have been going here for about 2 years and always had a good experience. The staff were nice and they did a good job. However my few visits were not up to par. Especially this last one (see photos less than 48hrs later) I feel the tech rushed the job and seemed a little irritated that I didnt want to upgrade to a more expensive set. I am a back sleeper and don't wear make up so it's not like my eyes were rubbed or anything but the lashes already look a hot mess, The lashes are going in every direction no matter how brushed and half look like they aren't even secure. I always followed the directions provided and didnt have an issue but it seems my last 3 visits have been negative with either lashes falling off, glue being left on my eye lid or then just not looking good.

Jennifer and Miranda are awesome! Have been going here for a few months and I get complimented on my lashes alot. Great service, always get a lash brush after and I like how they clean my lashes beforehand

Judana has been doing my hair for about a year now. She has always been so reliable and makes herself available to her clients. When she does lashes, she pays very close attention to detail, which I like because I am very picky on how they look. I would recommend her for any of your beauty needs including makeup.

Wonderful service for lash extensions. I unfortunately was late to my appointment and called to apologize— they encouraged me to come in and were very accommodating. Despite my lateness, they took the time to conduct a proper consult before the appointment took place and in the end produced a great result (done by Alyssa-Joe) I love the lashes. Very happy with the atmosphere, warm attitude, and professionalism.
