Shopkeeper extremely rude and having so much attitude, he seems racist, doesn't know value of customer and doesn't respect customers. I just enquired about knife but he was so rude, I was in casual clothes ( as i live very close ) he told the price with attitude like it is unaffordable for me. He think he can disrespect customers but if anyone dare he start fuming. I just checked all the reviews which support what I am writing.He is here for 20 years lot of water has flown, community and people have been changed, even demography and geography has been changed as such customers but he still want to be in past with tag line ' we are serving for 20 yearsHighly rude owner."

I went to the store with my family, I went in with a child, who was next to me. The owner, seeing the child inside the store, left the customer who was at the checkout with him and addressed me, without any education, to take care of the child, because that was not a playground and the store is not for children. My brother-in-law who was holding the door for another customer to enter, overheard the conversation and said that there were other ways to talk, other than the rude way he addressed us. We left the store and intend never to return. A person like this gentleman shouldn't work with people. You shouldn't even leave the house.

If I could give less than 1 star I would ! Worst customer service EVER! I placed an order 2 months ago 1 item was on back order. It was a gift for my special needs son. I sent email after email , no response ! Then after waiting 2 months I reached out demanding an answer or I would be calling my credit card company because they charged me when I placed the order and held my money for 2 months ! The email they sent me was that they canceled my order and would refund my account! Thanks a lot ! STAY FAR AWAY , it’s amazing these people are in business

The store has wonderful merchandise at excellent prices. The store was very busy when I was there; however, the owner was still very attentive to each customer and very knowledgeable. Will be back.

This store is beautiful and the items are terrific. I used to really love shopping here in-person when I lived close by. Unfortunately, I no longer live in the area and made a purchase which was shipped to me last summer. It arrived with two of the items missing from the package (despite a packing slip saying all items were present). I replied to their email notifying me of delivery and reported the oversight and received a kind email reply that they would send the two items immediately. I offered that it was not urgent as they were Christmas gifts but that they could deliver them in the next few months.Unfortunately, that got lost in the shuffle (likely in the busy holiday season and I also missed it until early December). While it took a few efforts to get in touch, they were extremely apologetic and helpful in fixing the process when we were able to finally connect and they also threw in an item I had tried to order but was out of stock in my initial order. I really appreciate the effort to find a solution and it was above and beyond to include the other item. The email from the proprietor was also very respectful, apologetic, and kind.The shop is absolutely lovely for in-person shopping so, if you are in the neighbourhood and have a chance, the people there have always been helpful and kind when I've been in and the products are terrific and beautiful. It is a calm (calming too) and aesthetically pleasing shop with interesting and high-quality products and I'm hoping to return in-person when my schedule allows.Thanks for all of your help!

Totally agree with many peoples experiences here. I wrote a review on yelp about my experience. Extremely rude owner of store. He yelled at me about having dogs in store, and I mentioned that I suggested it would be advantageous to put that on sign if he would prefer no dog; I quickly left. He is very unpleasant. When I told my mother and hubby what occurred, they also experienced terrible customer service there years ago. I’m sure he will be quick to respond, dismiss and create his own version of accounts. Trust me, I believe all the negative reviews because the owner is a very miserable person. Support other kitchen stores; so many fabulous ones out there with lovely people working there.

Albert really went above and beyond! I went in looking for wine glasses as a housewarming gift for a friend. He guided me to the perfect Riedel glasses right on budget. He took the extra step of wrapping the glasses for me since they were a gift. I will definitely shop here again, they have an excellent selection.

Not the best customer service experience. Walked around to browse and the man at the cashier comes up and asks us why I’m carrying a pot without a bag. I told him it’s because I didn’t want to pay for the plastic bag and that I live close by. Basically wrote me off because he anticipated that I wouldn’t buy anything if I didn’t want to pay for a plastic bag. Asked how much the pot was and I said it was an affordable price. He said that then his store wasn’t meant for us because we aren’t willing to pay for a plastic bag. I understand times are tough financially, but also if you want to have business, then keep these thoughts to yourself because now I wouldn’t consider buying anything/recommending anything if I want to invest in good kitchen ware. Doesn’t hurt to be kind
