The level of service I received was outstanding! I initially visited another location and was quite disappointed with how they treated walk-in customers. However, when I came here, the service was prompt, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful.

They’re taking people on appointment only so I made an appointment for 2:05 and showed up at 2:00. Someone strolls in at 2:10 that had a 1:30 appointment time and they get served before about a dozen of us who showed up on-time for our scheduled appointments. They were in and out of here before it even hit 2:20. That’s insane. Does it make sense for someone to skip the queue just because they had an earlier appointment than you but they showed up 40 minutes late? No, either bump them down into the next appointment block or reschedule them entirely. Looks horrible to have someone come in and cut the line with zero explanation for everyone else. When I inquired to staff about the person coming in and skipping the line they simply said “they probably had an earlier appointment than you.” Terrible answer and as a “front desk” person should you not be checking their appointment details to know these things?? They also started calling for the 2:30 appointments before the 2pm-2:20pm’s were all served… Horribly managed “front desk” (that isn’t a front desk really), very disorganized and overall an annoying experience.

Thank you to all the lovely and professional staff at this location who helped me so much. They are so quick, professional and have a great sense of customer service. Services Ontario, your employees are your strength.

Experienced excellent service at this location today. Made an appointment for 10:25 am and was helped immediately by Veda, who renewed my drivers license and health card super quickly. The appointment took no longer than 5 mins. Veda was very pleasant and helpful, this 5 stars is for her! Thank you

I don't know why this location has negative reviews. The staff is so friendly and fast service. I highly recommend this place!

I needed to renew my driver's license... I made an appointment online. I was in taken care of and out within ten minutes!! It was amazing. Do yourself a favour and make an appointment if you need to go.

Better have appointment.. though they will call u late.. need to approach and remind them you have appointment.. maybe smilling is not allowed.. never seen anyone smile. Overall, service is fast..

The place is very run down. The staff were pleasant. The booking system completely sucks. They take bookings first and walking are if there is space. If you walk in go early. while in there they prioritize bookings and walk ins wait longer but many booking names and times were called and many were a no show. This encourages people to just randomly book spots and block others from trying to book. Bookings online were 2 weeks out and you cannot look for earliest spot at multiple locations at once forcing you to answer a bunch of questions over and over on a new site. So again show up early and you should be ok. We arrived by 10:45 and was no line but we left after 45 minutes done and there were like 30 ppl in line. I think they need to really improve the booking app and penalize somehow for no show or at least limit. also some older people don’t have a smartphone and this makes it unfair for them. They should get priority as well.

Had the worse experience in my life. Never been treated so rude. The staff that helped me literally told me in my face that “the cop just doesn’t like you” for the cause of my situation. Well, thank you for letting me know and for your help. I do not understand the reason for such treatment as I politely stated my concerns and problems. I had the basic manners of a human being but didn’t receive it back on my end. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this location.

I had a great experience at this location when I was registering my US-imported vehicle in Canada and getting license tags. I had a positive experience with every employee I interacted with, from the agents who greeted me and signed me in to Veda, the person who walked me through all the steps and forms I needed to sign. Veda was very helpful and knowledgeable about the documentation that I needed. Very professional, patient staff who are trying their best to attend to everyone's needs. In my case, it helped that I booked an appointment before coming over AND that I had all the required forms. If you don't have an appointment, be prepared to wait a VERY long time.
