I recently had a unique experience at a soup stand that ended up being quite memorable. When I reached out to grab a lid for my soup, an unfortunate incident occurred where my pants were unexpectedly ripped open by a sharp piece of metal protruding from the stand. However, what could have been a frustrating situation quickly turned into a positive one thanks to the exceptional service provided by Brandon, whom I believe to be one of the floor managers.He demonstrated a high level of customer service that went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did he ensure that I had a suitable replacement for my torn pants, but he also did so in a manner that made me feel valued as a customer.Now, let's talk about the second star of the show—the lobster soup. Despite the unexpected mishap, the soup itself was absolutely fantastic.

One of the employees at the food counter was very rude to me even though I was being overly nice because it looked like she was having a bad day. I said “thank you so much have a great day” and she just starred and me until I walked away, super weird and awkward experience. Doesn’t really make me want to go back.

Great place, nice clean and friendly. A little pricey compared to other options though.

The store was well stocked with great produce. I love that they have random sales on many items throughout the store.

You’ll spend more time in the check out line than you do shopping. If it wasn’t for the convenience of being the biggest store in a small town they would’ve gone out of business a long time ago. Do yourself a favour and go to Walmart in Woodstock - it’ll probably be quicker.

Very nice grocery store. Everything a grocery store should have plus a good sized seasonal section, dutch foods section, clothing section, and wine and beer. Also, there mastercard rewards are pretty spectacular if used properly. And today i saw the new Ontario sourced stands with coffee, hot sauces, and more.

One of the best Independent stores under the Loblaws brand. Excellent selection of goods and great staff.

Way over priced. I didn't realize until I got home and looked, that I actually paid almost 12.00 for 5 peaches. Unreal. How is this justified? Go to giant tiger if you want fresh produce for a very fair price. I'll never go here unless I absolutely need something I can't find elsewhere.
