Can I just share what a pleasure it was to have this company repair our dryer? Shawn was so professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would 100 percent recommend this company for any appliance repairs. Our dealings with the office and Shawn were all top notch. We had called other repair companies and had received comments like, we don't do non warranty work, or in one case, the repairman advised us that he couldn't be bothered to work on our inferior" appliance. What a pleasure it was to find and work with Ken's Appliance Repair!"

Not overly pleased with the lack of attention to have warranty repair looked after for a Samsung washer purchased from Costco (7 months old). It stopped working and apparently they are unable to get a repair tech to us. It has been down for over three weeks, apparently a tech might be sent next week (putting us into 4 weeks) and if it requires parts then assume add another week or two. Family of 5 with no washer and the nearest laundry mat is 1/2 hour drive on the highway away. Factoring mileage, time, etc. I suspect it would be less expensive to kick this washer to the curb and buy a new one. Highly displeased with Samsung's approach to honoring warranty and PE's inability to get someone out to fix this. I would give a negative star rating if it were possible.

I have recently retired from this company as a technician and can say that it has been a real pleasure working here. Everyone was great in every department and besides providing a review please allow me to use this forum to say thanks to everyone.i will recommend this company for appliance repairs to anyone who asks. The techs are top notch and the company provides constant training for this ever changing, demanding industry. As a service provider for most appliance manufacturers they have access to all the technical support from the manufacturers which is such a necessity these days.So in closing, thanks again to all my co-workers and the many customers I had a pleasure to meet.Victor (past employee)

I can not say enough about the quality service that I received from Dave. When he first came to my home to take a look at my older model washer he asked me what the washer was doing and what sounds it was making. Dave took a look at it and knew from experience exactly what the problem was. We discussed costs and availability of parts, if it was worth fixing or should be replaced and repair time. The parts were ordered on a Wednesday and arrived on Friday.Dave was a complete gentleman, respected my home, is honest and highly qualified. I would recommend him 100% to anyone who needed repairs done on any of their appliances. What a GREAT experience!!!!

The technician was prompt and professional. He showed up when he said he would. Part was ordered and received in a very timely manner and repair was completed sooner than anticipated. Our overall experience with this company was excellent!

Although it took some time for them to get parts in for warranty work, the guy who fixed my fridge with a new Compressor, was professional, knew his job very well and was friendly. I highly recommend them. My experience was great, they do excellent work,

I used these guys last summer when my dishwasher broke. After I call them they took about 2 weeks to get here and another 2 weeks for the part to show up. They changed the thermal fuse in my Kenmore dishes washer in about 10 minutes and charged me 239 Dollars Canadian for parts and labour (I believe the part was aprox 89.00). 3 weeks later the thermal fuse in my dishwasher blew again. I ordered a new thermal fuse and with Amazon Prime it cost me about 17.00 CAD and 2 days to ship, it took me about 20 minutes to change while I drank 1 mug of Yorkshire Gold tea. If you want to save 200 bucks and about 30 days, just do it yourself.

I filled out an LG warranty form to get my appliance fixed that I thought was under warranty. PE appliance repair was called to come and assess what needed to be fixed. when they came I asked specifically if this work was under warranty and the technician replied YES". So they came and did the work never mentioning the cost for the work or never mentioned my fridge was not under warranty. In the end is was over $500 repair and if given the option I would have not done the work and put that money into a new fridge but I had no information to make that decision and thought it was under warranty this entire time. I believe this is poor customer service and want to warn anyone using this company that they should verify with LG or the manufacturer before ever using this company because they will not tell you either way and send you the bill!!"

This place was recommended by Samsung Canada to fix our dishwasher. The initial service call was fairly prompt considering the pandemic. The tech came and fixed" it. We loaded the dishwasher
