The quality of the products they use is poor which produces poor results. My gel nails chipped and cracked within three days. I went back and they redid them at no charge. It’s day 6 of my second set and they are chipping again. I’ve been getting gel nails for over 20 years and this the worse I’ve had.

They did my eyebrows it took literally 2 minutes which is the quickest someone has ever done my eyebrows and it didn’t come out that great.... my toes they rushed it , I did it yesterday but it looks like it’s not even new . The lady that did my toes was rushing it looked like all she wanted was to assist more customers. But if I’m paying 75$ for a pedicure I want it to look good .

My nails where un even they didn’t do what I asked and my lady was on the phone while filing my nails.... I was in tears paying so much money for nails I was un happy with... I’m very disappointed

People are super friendly and lovely to chat with! I just got gel polish, but it started chipping after 2 days.

I walked in wanting a pedicure and the man proceeded to do it. Not even two hours later the nail polish is chipped and it is also painted on my skin. Was barely touching my feet with the tools. And he barely scraped the dirt under my toenails. I will be going back to my regular person there to get them retouched and then that will probably be my last time.
