Recently purchased a Metallica Pro Pinball machine. The experience and knowledge and price was excellent. Waiting for my Kiss Pro Pinball machine to come in can't wait. Service support is excellent also.

I've never bought a new machine from this business, but I have dealt with the parts department many times during restoration projects. Their staff are highly knowledgeable and they stock a large inventory of spare parts at decent prices.

Mixed bag here. Unfortunately the sales department has undergone many changes. With respect to product selection, it's a great array, but sadly, when looking at the products by an individual basis, it becomes apparent that the passion is gone.An easy example is the pinball sales. In the past there was new game launches, and events and all games on display for public play and customer enjoyment. This is changing and less will be on display for people to enjoy.Sadly, the distribution model for Stern pinball is monopolized here and it makes it very difficult for Canadian customers to buy comfortably and at a competitive rate.Parts department is knowledgeable and has what you'd need on a day to day basis, but sadly this is also becoming a little more tough. With the weakness of the Canadian dollar, prices have risen. I cannot fault the store for this, but there have been occasions where it was a lot more than conversion. While businesses are here to make money, it becomes abhorrently obvious it's at a pint of gouging and not supporting the hobbyists.A lot of people have been negatively reviewing on other means and I just had to share it here.

The shipping is absolutely ludicrous!! Not only that but a part that is to fit your machine is wrong it's not worth sending it back or they'll probably have a restocking fee! Absolutely pure greed. I'll be going else where from now on. They charged me $42.95 to UPS a 2 oz. $15.00 part. How about a little communication or a choice of shipping. Totally pissed at this place.

Buyer beware. Under no uncertain terms deal with this company. They only care to see you leave paid in full. Purchased an assembled table and when required support they offered full cost to resolve issue.No return policy and as you will find out just don't answer the phone unless you are buying. Reply to me and happy to provide further insight to ensure you aren't taken advantage of.

Had a blast here with the try before you buy showroom. Came in thinking about a certain game but after looking around and playing around too. We decided to go with one pinball and a stand up arcade style game with 300 preloaded games in it. All the classic games from when I was a kid. Kung fu master, paperboy, burger time, every version of street fighter, centipede, asteroids, frogger and more than I can remember. Super friendly staff and a very laid back atmosphere. Very clean and tidy.

Purchased pool ques here. For half of what amazon sells them for. In my opinion good friendly service with awsome prices

Interacted with Jason from Player One at Big Box in Calgary AB. I am an aide with an autistic child and Jason let the child help out with holding the bouncy balls while they were blown up. He even let him throw the balls into the machine when they were done! This absolutely made our day
