I had the pleasure of celebrating my engagement party here at El Macan. I was very happy with my party and so were my guests. The decoration was beautiful, the interior of the hall is new, everything was great. The sound system is also amazing, I didn't have to worry about hiring a DJ. Definitely recommend this gem for such events. Rami the owner is a wonderful person to work with, I would advise anyone to go with El Macan.

Well done!! Iman is a visual maestro and perfected the vision I had for the ceremony and reception spaces for my wedding this past weekend. The guests were wowed at how pretty it was. We had difficulty finding a venue that catered to our needs for our pre-ceremony wedding preparations in the GTA. Despite going on Facebook groups and asking around, we came across Elmacan from our ongoing google search. Elmacan had everything we were looking for (from an affordable price point to being able to cater our own food), and this information was easy to navigate from their website. My parents (not a fan of the internet) wanted to consult with them in person, and we were very impressed with the place. We immediately booked our date without any hesitancy. Our Roce event being the first one they ever hosted, they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Elmacan has its decoration team, which made it much easier for us to have our event. Of course, a few kinks and crooks when communicating before the event made it a little challenging, but Elmacan did not fail to deliver a spectacular night. The staff were excellent, the decorations and setup were on point, and we left with a memorable night. Thank you, Elmacan. We shall come back to have more events to celebrate milestones along the way.

What a charming, lovely hidden gem this is!!!!We celebrated a 16th birthday party for our precious twin girls and, I wouldn't have picked a more ideal location than this!Working with Ramy and Iman was a pleasure since they are truly genuine, accommodating, incredibly organized, and well-planned in every detail. The couple personally created and built every corner of this venue, it is only natural that they take such pride and delight in it and the services they offer. There's a variety of packages that may be tailored to accommodate different budgets and events. Loved the fact that everything was taken care of from the decor, the lights, the audio, the servers, and the bar staff. I also appreciate that you can bring your own catering so you are not limited to certain cuisines.The two servers and the bartender were very polite, organized, and knowledgeable. From the initial visit to the end of the event, everything was clearly explained and followed up via email.I could write SO much more. but to sum it up HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!Ramy & Iman, you, your gorgeous venue, and your staff exceeded our expectations. We are very grateful that you let us celebrate our girls' milestone at your magnificent location and let us make memories that will last a lifetime. Kudos to you both!

As a food industry professional with more than 30 years of experience, I must say this place is by far one of the most affordable and most elegant to host an event. The owners go above and beyond to turn your moments into memories that would last a lifetime. I hardly review businesses and a 5 star for the hard work and attention paid to every aspect and detail of event, is not close enough to thank you so very much. And any client who will ask for my recommendation for any event, I will only mention you. You have an operation that truly puts other places to shame. This is a hidden gem !!!I had a small event in March 2023 at Elmacan.I needed a hall last minute and the owner was very accommodating, I booked it at the first visit as it is a very beautiful hall does not need much decor.On the day of the event we arrived and I had not expected the level of care and support we received from the service staff present at the hall. She was extremely helpful and also cleaned up and packed the left over food for us !I would highly recommend and would definitely return for future events!

We had our daughters Champagne 8th Birthday in Celebration Hall C. From the beginning to the end things were handled very professionally.This place a true hidden gem. All our guest was sooo surprised of how BEAUTIFUL and intimate the place was. With only one visit with Iman, and a few pictures I sent of what I would like for the hall, she decorated the place that matched my daughter and mine personality to a Tee!!! I blew our guest away!Rami was so accommodating and ALWAYS make sure we were doing okay and also helping us make sure things are running on time. We and our guest had no complaints. Only compliments and will for sure be referring this place to anyone and hopefully in the near future hold another event there again. Thank you again Rami and Imran for helping with our stress levels and making our night memorable and one that everyone is still talking about!

I had an amazing experience with the owners of The Place - Elmacan. They are so awesome, kind and easy to work with. I booked this venue for my engagement event. They are hard working owners, they beautifully decorated the venue and paid attention to every detail. Iman is great at personalizing but also offering ideas about event planning and decor, she went above and beyond for me. This is a great venue for a small party. Good preparation, every detail was taken care of, it really exceeded our expectations and all the invitees were very impressed by all the arrangements and decorations. Thank you so much Iman and Remi, you guys made our special day amazing!!

Hosted my wedding ceremony and reception at this amazing venue, everything was perfect right down to the small details. I highly recommend this venue as everything is a smooth process when booking and the staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond for their clients. I will definitely book future events here. What an amazing venue ran by amazing people! Our wedding day here was perfect. Decoration was stunning yet elegant, lights and music got us dancing all night and the service by the staff took our minds off of logistics and allowed us to focus on our day. Couldn't have wished for a better wedding day!
