The quality of the product is amazing. The customer service? Severely lacking. After placing our order through a reseller, eckowood continued to tell them an arrival date. A week before it was due to arrive, they told our supplier that it would be available the next week.That week came and went until eventually we were told that eckowood didn't actually place the order for the type of flooring we wanted. All I got was an oops
