Great place to hike and bike. We did the Rooster tree lake trail. 4.8km loop tracked via Garmin. Excellent hike with great views of both lakes. Some steep climbs and descents but would consider this a moderate trail.

There are many trails to choose from in Rose Valley, ranging from easy to difficult. There’s also a path to go along the lake. Very beautiful.

There was a beautiful viewpoint about 15 minutes up the trail, and then you can continue to the peak where there’s an even more amazing view! I liked how there was a variety of trails to get up and down. The trails were well-marked and I found it easy to get to where I wanted to go. Would definitely recommend!

We did the city on the edge of forever hike. It was ranked Hard. However I do not rank this hike as hard. Yes they are some steep points but it is very manageable. The whole hike was around 3 hours with lots of stops for snacking and pictures. It was around 17T steps. The trail is very well maintained but you must have a map because it is not marked well and you can’t find the view point without the map. You need to share the road with bikers which they go really fast so be careful on the trail. The hike itself was perfect lots of interesting points on the was to the top and the view on the top was perfect. I really recommend this hike.

Great network of trails close to home. Quite a few trails to choose from to either make a quick loop, or an all day ride. Daze of Roses is one of my favourite climbing trails out there and would recommend doing atleast once!

Great place for a hike or to go biking. Very peaceful, scenic and hike wasn't that difficult. There is a bench half way up with beautiful views of Kelowna. Remember to wear bug spray as we went at 5pm and mosquitoes were going crazy .
