TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

The appointment function in their website is a joke. I refused other arrangements to be there at 9.30 am in this extremely cold weather. and the whole branch was closed. they even sent a reminder email the evening before!!! what kind of game is this?

Horrible service by Danka SoldoTD should provide training to employees on how to welcome customersI felt like the service you recieve in a 3rd world country. I just had the most pleasant customer experience at this Branch resolving an international wire transfer problem. Thank you so much for a most helpful and friendly staff, Nam, and his Supervisor Lily. I left with a great impression. Keep up the good work!

Worst credit card experience of all banks I dealt with. Constantly refusing payments due to their fraud algorithms, completely insecure whether I can use the card or not. Cancelled all and never again.

The wait at 9:00 makes no sense. 7 teller desks, and one teller. What are you doing td? Person in front of me had an online issue, so we all waited 15 mins. Hmm, maybe consider some flexibility.

Absolutely terrible customer service. After waiting in line for 30 minutes they tell me that they are only accepting cash if I want to get rolls of change???? Why would I have cash during this pandemic? This was the only place I could find that is actually open and giving change (i need it for laundry and nowhere else has change) and then they screw me over after not even asking me if I am a TD client in the first place. On top of that they also all just had a very rude, non accommodating, and disrespectful attitude. Instead of telling me that I could get cash from the atm and then give it to them for change they pretty much just told me to get out. Thank God Im with CIBC and not these clowns. Real waste of time. My girlfriend is a client with TD and she will be switching to CIBC because of my experience today.

Don't usually write reviews, but just had potentially my worst banking experience of my lifetime. Tellers name was Linda. Could not be more rude from the start with continuous snarky remarks. Only reason for coming to this branch was because my usual brand was closed due to the pandemic.If the branch sees this, Linda really needs to be reviewed. Unbelievable that someone like this could be working in a customer service role.

Mrs. Aida Akladios is the sole Direct Investing Specialist, but she is not interested to assist you or to provide transparent information to current TD clients. More specifically to quote her words, she said to me you're wasting my time

I have been using this bank for over 20 years, and I was blatantly disregarded last week on a serious matter of fraud to my account. The teller went to a woman I believe was the manager about my concern, and she provided no solutions. I went home and called TD customer line and an investigation was immediately going to be done and my card was cancelled from further fraud. Very disappointed that the woman didn't take my concern seriously.
