Staff very friendly and helpful. Thought I left a set of keys in a vehicle and they went above and beyond to try and find them for me. Prices are a little high but vehicles are nice.

I rent a truck every 2 weeks or so for work and what a terrible experience this has been. I used the truck 3 days in the city and it incurred a small dent from knocking off my boots. Something most body shops would charge ~$300 to fix or be considered wear and tear due to its small size. Instead they send me a bill for $1500 then refuse to return my calls inquing about the cost. I'm not sure if they're just to busy to return my call, don't care, or if they're actually trying to rip me off. Either way I know I will not be returning to enterprise, especially this location.I've sent an email to the email you provided last week. No reply yet.

Amazing customer service staff!! Can't rave enough about the Manager and Manager Trainee Asad Hussain. These two guys worked miracles to help my Dad out with renting a car while his was being repaired. Highly recommended.. Amazing Amazing people ❤
