Baby Gap

Not the best. I had received gifts with tags no receipt. They were the wrong size for my kids. Their policy is they will 'MAIL' you a gift voucher, no you didn't read wrong, MAIL! It is 21st century last time I checked. The lady told me it would take 3 to 5 business days, I was so puzzled by the whole process and I agreed to it, little I knew how horrible their customer service was. It did not take 5 business days but a whole month. When I went back she told me ya for some people it takes a month. I should have been told that the first time I asked her. This cause a huge inconvenience for me. I have 2 kids under the age of 2 and no car. Very disappointed.Long story short don't bother returning without receipt and if you like Gap buy what you what now cause with the way they are running their business I will guarantee they will be closing soon.
