theyre only rude if youre a jackass jack, nobody wants to work at a post office with people demanding what they arent legally allowed to do for them, be nice, get respect, just like anywhere else on the planet

Recently missed mail being delivered to my house and the notice was left on my door. I brought the notice in to get my mail and they did not even ask to see my I.D. This package was my new passport. It even says on several of their computers and posters that they will ask for I.D. when picking up. What if someone else would've brought that in and gotten their hands on my passport and information? At this point they should have left my passport sitting outside my door haha!

Spent six years in Calgary, three and a half in Osoyoos never had one issue with the postal service in those places; now eight months here in Oliver I have had several packages/letters not be delivered and either returned to the sender or just lost.I just came back from there again and they say that my package cannot be found, even though I have a delivery notice like what? I tell you pure nonsense, that's what that is.
