I wish the attendants at the drive through would actually calm down and listen to your order so you don't have to repeat yourself multiple times. Otherwise great food and prices too.

One of the dirtiest TH have ever been to . 4 ladies behind the counter chatting instead of cleaning , service is very poor , friendly speaking , but efficient

Ordered a simple green tea 1m 1s for my wife, get home and it's a regular tea. My wife whose pregnant can't drink that. It's not that hard to listen when people order.

Outside seems a bit tiredInside seems niceStaff taking orders seemed to be grumpy.Everyone else seemed goodIce caps are great by why so expensive?Bathrooms are locked and require staff to unlock them for you.

I’ve been trying to get two cream and three sugar in my coffee and I can’t seem to get any sugar at all…. ever! Just disappointing.

Kost is very welcoming and positive attitude guy, Last two times my experience was horrific with the Lady named Brenda or Blenda, She was very rude to me both of the times, No Greeting or Welcome" from her side to my "Thank you""

Terrible language used by the staff.so glad my kids where not with me !when I brought it up as a problem they did nothing .Obviously this is the norm here but not very professional.The box of donuts made it even more ironic it said “ it’s the most wonderful Tim’s of the year “ lolThen I open my lid and it’s all foam I put my finger all the way in the cup as you can see before I took a sip and it still didn’t touch liquid WOW

Horrible service later in the day one person at cash one at drive thru. The cashier was completely silent no greeting no asking how can I help you nothing completely silent. Never told me the price, weirdest experience of my life. It's just one person the staff are always very polite there.
