It is ok, the one in Burlington has more home goods would be nice if they had this(I believe it is a Fabric Land too), old style of store managing.

Lots of variety. The service was ok, but they were somewhat busy and didn't have alot if time to spend one us.

Glad the items were discounted with what I bought. The lady miscalculated on how much I'd need for outdoor fabric by a lot! They didn't make it easy for picking out patterns hiding them behind a desk-had to go online and tell them what I would want, which is hard when you're a newbie at dress making. The ladies were a mix of grumpy and happy and way too strict with 6 feet rules when we were all wearing masks. Was I suppose to throw the fabric at her to measure? But I enjoyed what I bought and am having fun creating:)

Absolutely great! Everybody was great. Fabric cut, Sewciety club membership card activated and rang up politely, accurately and professionally. The next time my old guy self has to get some material and accessories, I'm going to Fabricland, Kitchener.

9 times out of 10 they have what I’m looking for, however their prices are much more than other local fabric shops. Typically the last shop I will go to locally as when sewing for clients, I’m looking for the best price on supplies.

We found what we were looking for here. The sales were great. When we visited, most fabrics were 50-75 percent off. The shelves and displays were well maintained. Items were well organized and easy to find. Staffs were nice. Service was slow but reasonable for a fabric store.I love how they use the paper and pen system for when you buy fabric. Their cash register was also old-style technology - I hear clicking of number keys, machine rolling, paper, staples... The whole process of having our fabric cut and cashing out was so therapeutically soothing, I personally don't mind if they served us even slower.

Nice little place. Unfortunately, the prices are quite high. I love the selection of fabrics that were available though. And the patterns that were available were very good! The staff was friendly and very helpful with what I was after. The only downside were the prices.

Staff are super friendly and informative, I know nothing about fabric and want to re-do the headliner in my car, they had all the info I needed on the fabric and glue.Would recommend for all your fabric needs.
