ZERO STARS Don’t waste your money lights last a year. Good luck dealing with customer service, they don’t respond to emails or return phone calls after they take your money. If your not looking for headaches and disappointment with a faulty product and terrible customer service shop somewhere elseHi Sir, actually the light was purchased purchased in September 2019, and wasn’t used for the first year. My purchase included 8 lights from you. You have also billed my visas for the shipping on these warranty parts. I thought you of all people would realize your warranty is 10 years first year is free shipping and parts, 2-3 years requires you to pay shipping then you start paying for warranty parts. I don’t want to squabble with you. I would appreciate a response to my emails and not my review. Either mail out my warranty parts or refund the shipping costs you billed to my card for the parts to be shipped. Please grow up and give a customer a straight answer and respond to emails. You escalated this by terrible customer service great reviews are earned I just warning people and you’ve done nothing to convince me otherwise

Great customer service and an even better product. They are leading the way with their triple dimmer and staying ahead of the curve with their Samsung diodes.

Optic LEDs are incredible lights that produce great results! The Master Controller is very useful and I successfully used it to control Veg and Bloom in 2 separate areas at the same time. They are also one of the only companies I am aware of that has a UV/IR bar! Having the ability to add extra IR is a great benefit!I will absolutely buy Optic again!

I enjoying my current optic 500s noticed a big difference compared to Amazon tier lights. Looking to buy another bigger and badder soon. Awesome light lots of features that you can't get anywhere else. Worth the money for sure recommend buying

Optic led took $3200 CAD from me for two months while sending the product to others. Promised so many different dates I would get mine shipped. Got caught shipping to someone who ordered two days ago.Was hung up on when I called. They cancelled my order by thier choice after making me wait two months while constantly making promises.Buyer beware. Joke company. They don't respond to emails. Phone calls. Block my account and delete any negative comments about them.Threatened the whole time they will just refund me. Unreal!You were warned.

Customer service is really lacking in canada wouldn't trust them to honor the so called 10 year warranty. For the money your paying for the product i wouldn't recommend this company they will likely make you chase them to honor anything if they agree to it at all and shipping is slow.
