We are very happy with our experience with Alex and his team. We had a tankless water heater installed. He was very easy to deal with, always had a smile, he was very professional and we have been extremely happy with our new water heater. I would not hesitate to recommend Alex for any plumbing needs you may have.

In the process of selling my house the buyers inspection report noted some plumbing issues. Alex was contacted and came in the following week to replace some fittings and parts on a toilet. He also did an inspection of a shower wall the buyers inspection report claimed to be leaking. He found no moisture behind the wall and sealed everything back up, likely better than it was to begin with, to ensure no water made its way in. Alex's inspection and confirmation of no leak saved me what would have been a costly repair. Once the work was done Alex provided a very detailed inspection report of what was found and the work completed. If I need any plumbing work done in the future I'll be calling Mountain Dog Plumbing. We had all existing Poly B pipe removed and replaced in our home and also in my mom’s home by Alex and Flavius. They are great guys and do excellent work. They took care of Permits and went above and beyond to ensure the work was completed to the satisfaction of the municipal building inspectors.They also suggested a drywall contractor to complete the renovations. The team at Mountain Dog Plumbing are punctual, cheerful and professional. We definitely recommend them and will be repeat customers in future.

I would like to recommend Alex and his team at Mountain Dog Plumbing. We recently experienced an emergency water Leak and when I reached out to them they made it a priority and were at my home within 20 minutes. They were prompt and professional. My home is in Walnut Grove and i know it's a ticking time bomb with our hard water problems and the brass fittings corroding.....I decided shortly after the repair to have my entire home re-plumbed and also my neighbours decided to join me. I reached out to Alex for a quote along with 2 other companies. Alex responded to the quote right away and came out to inspect each home...one of the others did not respond even after me calling them 4 times and the other one sent a quote with out even seeing the Homes. We decided to work with Mountain Dog and it was perhaps one of the best choices I've made with my home. Alex and his right hand man Flavius were on time and followed though on everything as promised and even did such a good Job cutting the Drywall that the Dry wall Taper was able to re-use the cut pieces, and this helped save me money. At the end of the Job they even took away and cleaned the mess. Alex at Mountain Dog Plumbing is honest, far and trustworthy. I needed someone I could trust with my elderly Mother who lives alone and I am from out of town so I am not always present. Alex was extremely prepared for my home, calling prior to the appointment to go over adding gas lines and have my plumbing questions looked into and addressed.
